Roadside assistance of my car
I had to utilize Roadside Assistance last Friday, and found it to be THE BEST !! It was coordinated by Jake at Massey and Nelson who came to the house and replaced my battery. I have never driven or had a Cadillac before, but have to say, these people were JUST WONDERFUL !!! Will never deal with another dealership. Thank You !!!

I called Matt and said I was going out of town and needed to get my car serviced right away. He got me in, all service performed quickly and my car was washed, vacuumed and ready for my trip!

First Cadillac
While I don't understand the amount of time dealerships make people wait to purchase or lease a car, Danny M at Massy South made the day as comfortable as possible. He was friendly and has provided good follow up since I began my lease. I hope the serivce team does as well during my first schedule maintenance.

My experience with Massey Cadillac of South Tampa was by far the best service I have ever had. The salesman Michealangelo Copeland was the nicest man and so professional to work with. He was very patient and provided great details and knowledge of the vehicle.

Dont buy
By far the worst dealership. I purchased a vehicle from Massey SOUTH a few weeks ago. I had a dent on the trunk. My boyfriend told Paedro that it wouldn't come out bc of where it was. Paedro was adamant that it would and their dent guy is best and he would take care of it. Little behold I called their service department to take care of it. I left 2 messages and not even call back. I had to wait until I got off work and called 5 times back to back until someone answered. Finally got Mike on the phone. He told me to bring my car in. I told him he can have someone pick up my car because the WINTER PARK LOCATION OFFERS THAT!. he sends someone to pick up my car and to drop off loaner. The loaner car had NO gas and was the dirtiest car I have ever seen. By the time I picked my car up the dent is still there. I spoke to the manager on duty about it and mike decides to walk over. He said he would call me on Monday or Tuesday to pick up the car to take it to the body shop. It is now 2 weeks later and no call. what's worst the manager did not even follow up. I wish I would have been more patient and bought my car from the Winter park location. Massey SOUTH OBT has no class and lazy as. I would recommend every one buy from The winter park location.
