Words cannot express how professional EVERYONE at this dealership is! Joe Greene was patient walking the lot showing us trucks after trucks and explaining... in detail the difference between each Ford model. Our trade in experience was an honest trade. Nelson was approachable and professional working alongside Joe and us through the leasing process. We leased our Ford Explorer April 2013. Because of our love of the Ford, we returned July 12, 2013 again to see what if anything they can do to get out us out of our "underwater 2010 Hyundai Sonata". Again we specifically asked for Joe Greene and Nelson to assist us. The time we spent that afternoon with them again going over the Ford Edge and Taurus and Fusion proved how this dealership really does take care of their customers and listens to what their customers needs and wants. The time that day was well worth it! We are rid of the Hyundai and happily driving a Ford Edge! This place is amazing with the quality and professionalism of their sales people.. As we waited in the showroom each salesperson who noticed us asked us if we needed help or wanted popcorn or water... Fabulous Trustworthy Professional !!! We are loyal to this dealership because of Joe and Nelson and Kenny in Finance was a GEM!!!!! Keep up the great work and we will be returning in 3 years when the leases are up... Lori and Lance

I recently had to use Paramus Ford's service department for a rearview camera issue I had been putting off for almost two years. They diagnosed it and... replaced the camera, and although they discovered another issue that needed to be repaired (and caused the bill to become almost double than the initial estimation), I was extremely impressed with how fast they moved in getting the parts and the courtesy of the service associate. Mike gave me updates throughout the entire servicing process, he was friendly, effective and even accommodated my situation and saved me an additional trip to the dealership. I can sincerely say he went above and beyond to facilitate the transaction and to cause me as little headache as possible, This experience completely changed my opinion on car dealerships and I will certainly not be reluctant to go back next time if needed.

I was putting off getting my car serviced because I wasn't able to find a time that worked for me. Luckily on Friday, I was able to get an early morning... appointment at All American Ford Paramus NJ. The new service garage and COVID protocols were well implemented and not stressful at all. The waiting area was clean and and my car was ready by 130pm. Jeannette always tells me how it is and is mindful about doing the necessary repairs and letting me know what I can wait to take care of in the Spring. Her honesty and calming demeanor always puts a stressful situation into perspective.
I was well taking care of, everything went really smooth.

Finally bought the car of my dreams at All American Ford. Lincoln MKC made for short girl problems. I like to see over my steering wheel and this vehicle... does just that. I showed up on a busy day and drove away in my MKC in a little over 2 hours. It was pre owned and started throwing code alerts at me on my way home. I brought it in for service and turned out to be a bad battery. It was replaced at no cost to me. I would definitely do business with them again.
Services were done well, staff was friendly and kept me updated about the status of my repair work
