Bought an 26 year old classic car over internet/phone
Bought an 26 year old classic car over internet/phone with them as we live 860 miles away. Few weeks later when we arrived to pick it up the car it was exactly as advertised with no hidden surprises. They even went the extra mile to go through the car completely servicing it and sending us on our journey home with a fresh battery. One of the easiest vehicle purchase transactions we've ever experienced.

Purchased My 2014 Toyota TUNDRA from this dealership.
Purchased My 2014 Toyota TUNDRA from this dealership. I can say without a doubt it was the best and easiest purchase of my life. The whole process was flawless and they vehicle was as described. They have the best selection of preowned vehicles around and the cleanest. The finance department was a relief. The helped me get the loan rate i wanted and at a far better rate than i could get on my own. Very good job all the way around. Jennifer, Brandon and Tom where excellent. Well done

I drove almost 4 hours to buy a 2015 Tundra TRD Pro from this place. I would never buy from them again. After several calls and texts messages we made a deal. I asked the sales person about and known issues due to the 2 minor accidents that show on carfax. He assured me that the truck was in excellent condition. After driving almost 4 hours of driving I arrive to see body filler cracking on both the front and rear driver side doors, one of the spots that showed on carfax as having minor damage. Salesman could clearly see it but told me the body showed no signs from the accident. I could work with this since my kid works in a body shop and quoted me the cost to repair. We negotiated $1000 off the original price we agreed on due to the damage. It was still going to cost me over $1500 to fix. After driving the truck home I noticed a significant vibration in the front when braking from high speeds. On the test drive the dealership had a person take me on a specific route that I never had the chance to get up to high speeds to identify it. I took it to my mechanic to go through the truck to find out the truck needs front pads/rotors/calipers, front struts on both side and rear leaf springs. My mechanic stated these were items that were so bad that a mechanic or dealership should have noticed them. The repairs will cost me $4000. This is almost 10% of the purchase price. This leads me to believe the dealership deliberately withheld this information and in fact lied when I asked about and known issues. Do not buy from this place. Run as far away as possible. I should have known this dealer was shady when i was leaving in my new truck and saw guys out back using a rattle can on a trucks running boards to hide rust.

We are sorry you are having issues with your vehicle. Older high mile vehicles can have issues. We always recommend purchasing our extended care packages for this specific reason. We noticed you declined this several times. This contract would have covered most or all of the components you are looking to have upgraded. All of our vehicles come fully serviced at time of sale however due to the age and miles on your vehicle things can break and the components can be worn or not new again. We have newer trucks in stock with lower miles if you want less worry if you would like us to consider a trade in. Thank you Management
The extended warranty offered by dealership would not have covered these items as identified in the small print of your usless warranty. Honesty from your staff about know issues would have been nice. At least i would know what i was getting. You say you conducted an inspection of the vehicle. If so you would have noticed the problems. So you either didnt inspect it as stated or deliberately lied when i asked if there was any know issues. 85,000 on a 2015 Toyota Tundra is not considered high mileage. I just got a call from my mechanic that he has to do an oil change now as well since the gasket on the oil filter that you supposedly replaced is now leaking. Worst dealer ever. You care more about a buck than you care about your customers.

Do not buy here, They dont stand behind product!
I would give it a zero if I could. Literally less than 100 miles an week after buying a car here, fuel pump blows. Since then, car has been in the shop four times and I have owned it less than three months with very limited mileage driven. They do not stand behind their product, Do not buy here!

First off, my salesman Tom was great to work with( only at first I’ll get into that later). I would not recommend buying anything from this place. I went to a dealership near motion autosport to look at a truck. Afterwards I decided to drive through and see what they had. They had a pretty nice looking f150 so I decided to take a look at it. Tom was very knowledgeable about the truck during the test drive. There was a couple issues with the truck that needed addressed. So we made a deal on the truck with the stipulation of getting some issues fixed. After a couple of weeks they finally contacted me about bringing my truck in. There was 3 issues and they said they would have a guy pick up my truck from my house, and take it to their shop and fix it. This was a Thursday morning. Thursday afternoon I get a call from Tom and said there was some issues and they needed to keep the truck overnight. So Friday comes and they have the truck delivered. And I’m informed that one of the issues needs to be finished at a ford dealership and they would schedule me a date to get it fixed. So I get home and the another one of the issues wasn’t fixed. The tailgate wouldn’t open. So they fixed 1 out of 3. Later that evening I noticed some gum missing from a pocket in the door. So I looked into the center console to see if maybe they put it in there. In the center console I noticed all of my spare change missing. I went deeper into the center console a notice a pair of costa sunglasses missing. So then I look above my visor where a kept another pair of costa sunglasses, and they where missing. Then I looked into the sunglass storage area and a pair of oakleys were missing. Im instantly furious. So I stop and see what else is missing. And they also took a apple charging cord. So I text Tom because he texted me earlier in the day. About 2 hours go by and he texts me back and he said he knows for sure the glasses above the visor was there when he drove the truck to the car wash because he noticed the blue lenses. So 9am Saturday morning I drive there to get some answers and Tom doesn’t have any answers other than the guy that picked up the truck and returned must have taken them on accident and that they would contact them to see. Now it’s no accident when they rummaged through my entire truck to steal multiple things. Then Brandon comes in and tells me I need to calm down and it’s not tpms fault. And the items were probably stolen at my house. Then the owner comes in and he’s even more of a xxxxxxx and assures me that no one in his shop is a thief. And then I bring up about why my truck isn’t fixed yet and they tell me they will get me in the next week. So Wednesday comes around and I have to call them. I talk to the owner who intercepted my call to Tom. And he tells me that Tom changed his story and he didn’t remember seeing those glasses above the visor. And that I’m pretty much out of luck. I then tell him that I will certainly leave a horrible review about this everywhere I can. Then after a short talk he agrees tp help me out by paying for part of my items that was stolen. And that Tom will be in touch about getting my truck fixed. Meanwhile my truck breaks down on my less than 500miles. Luckily I got talked into the extended warranty. So I call and make a appointment to get it fixed at the ford dealership. Then I call tom to see when they’re going to fix my truck. I get put on hold for at least 10-15 mins before tom gets on the phone and says that he scheduled me to get the truck fixed the same time as I already had it scheduled. So that tells me in the past 2 weeks of trying to get it fixed he never tried to get me a appointment. Then they use the warranty that I paid for to fix the issues that they were supposed to fix I thought that was kinda dirty. Fast forward about a month and I finally get a check for the payment that the owner promised( it only took 2 phone calls) and 2 more trip to the dealership to get other additional problems fixed. I will never set foot on that car lot again and I’ll never buy another Ford F-150

Thank you for your review! However your review sounds like it should be a 5 star review! Yes we do have an amazing sales team and Tom has been with us for almost 10 years! We did agree to make 3 repairs to your truck. One of which got taken care of for you and the othet two were required repairs at the Ford dealer which we appointed for you to save you the phone call. We did offer you pick up and drop off service. We did recommend you purchase a warranty which took care of your unforseable repair after 500 miles. We did reimburse you for missing gum, loose change, and sunglasses that were stolen when you went out to dinner the night prior or at your home and not at our dealership as your vehicle was parked in our secure show room with state of the art security system that is linked to the police department. Neverthess we wanted you to be happy so we agreed to cover your cost. For the record the only way your gum would have come up missing on our watch would be if it was Big League Chew as you cannot get that gum everywhere. In all seriousness your review actually is a 5 star review in disguise and we thank you for that. Your review details our professionalism , willingness to go the extra mile, and our #1 priority which is to always go above and beyond for our customers. We thank you for your business and for giving our customers an exactly spot on review of the high level of service we offer.

Smooth interstate purchase, great truck!
We live in central Texas, and had been shopping for some time for a very specific year/make/model of pickup truck. In January 2022, my wife and I found the truck for which we had been looking at Motion Autosport, and purchased this low-mileage truck online the following day. The purchase could not have gone more smoothly! E-mails and phone calls were exchanged with Motion Autosport’s Wholesale Inventory Manager/Product Specialist Tom Murry, who always called us back when he promised (a BIG plus-point on my tally sheet)! Tom made sure I was provided with the appropriate forms for financing (good terms!), set us up with an extended warranty purchase, and made sure I understood all aspects of this interstate transaction as they developed. After weeks of several failed efforts for me to travel from Texas to Ohio, my scheduled delivery of this vehicle at the dealership was finally simultaneously interrupted by COVID and a Midwestern ice storm (cancelling all flights). Tom was able to arrange quick shipping to my home at a reasonable price – providing us an additional level of excellent customer service well after the sale! Though we had purchased this vehicle “sight unseen,” we found it to be exactly as described – and have been enjoying it since its arrival. Thank you, Tom Murry and Motion Autosport, for facilitating this purchase and for providing the goods as promised!
