Master Motors bought my 2016 Toyota Camry.

Master Motors bought my 2016 Toyota Camry. Rome came out to my house to check it out and offered me a fair deal on sight. Rome and Sal came out the following day with the check for the Camry. I received a good deal and their service made it very easy.

I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Equus from them sight

I recently purchased a 2011 Hyundai Equus from them sight on seen! i know I'm crazy but it was a crazy deal and the car is so clean, anyways i live in mass they're up in Lockport, but made it all happen in less than 2 weeks. it was such an easy process too. highly recommend to go here if you want a great deal and a fast turn around time! also they're finance manager Kim is awesome you love her, and Roman takes the best pictures and videos and was super helpful over the phone discussing the car. 10/10 master motors 10/10

As fate would have it.

My Jeep had been going downhill for a while and I was on my way to start looking for a newer vehicle. As fate would have it, my Jeep broke down in front of Master Motors. I was able to limp it into the lot, where Kim greeted me with a smiling face. After explaining my dilemma, we took a walk inside and found a vehicle that fit my needs and price point. The whole process was painless and the details were ironed out in less than an hour. My 2016 Chrysler Town and Country had to be inspected prior to my accepting it, and they found that it needed new tires(which they put on the vehicle at no cost to me). This could have been a very stressful time in my life, but thanks to Kim and the entire staff at Master Motors, it turned out to be a very satisfying experience. One last thing. As I did not have a vehicle to get around while i waited for the inspected vehicle to come back, they sent someone to my house to pick me up when it was ready. I just want to thank the entire staff for all the work they put in to help me out!

Can't Beat The Deal

Purchased a 2014 Ford Fusion for a great price. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Sal and his team. Vehicle rides like a dream and very happy with it.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT MASTER MOTORS

I bought a ford f150 echo boost . When leaving dealership i noticed no gas i had to fuel it. woke up next day flat tire, go to change tire no jack with truck nor a tool to lower spare tire. driver side running board was bent asked if they could fix it told me i bent it . I smelled antifreeze asked if it was water pump they said no, and a rattle when cold started told them within first week took it in their shop 3 times .They said everything was fine. argued with them they did not care. And now it has rust everywhere they hid it real good. Paid $800.00 for water pump and the rattle i heard timing chain another $1200.00 DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR VEHICLES!!!

As the name Randy or a vehicle with this problem does not ring a bell to anyone here. We went back through our records back to 2019 at this point and we have nothing. Very happy customer!!!

I was looking for a replacement pick up truck when I stopped at Master Motors. They had a nice looking Chevy Avalanche there, which although not a pick-up I decided to check out. The owner of the dealership, Sal, showed me all the features it had. He allowed me plenty of time to look it over, without looking over my shoulder, no pressure at all! When it came time for the always stressful price negotiation it was easy. No salesman having to go talk to his manager BS, It was painless we did our little, this is what I want to pay, this is what he wants to get dance. I bought the Avalanche, I feel I got a good deal, Sal made it a pleasant experience. and he even got the plates for it. This is something I was dreading with the DMV pretty much closed down.
