Had a friend whose car was recently stolen right from the dealership and they did nothing about it. Actually stolen right from the service station. Very... shady. They have the video and hope they post it all over. DO NOT BUY OR BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!
Employee safety is our first goal. A vehicle was stolen, the police were notified, the customer was given a vehicle to drive and the insurance is hand...ling the rest. I'm not sure if you wanted us to jump in front of a moving car but we will never put an employee safety at risk over a replaceable car. Unfortunately there are people who do bad things but we can't control them. In 22 years this has never happened and it effected us. Before you start insinuating I really wish you would talk to us first. We are trusting people probably like yourself and I would never want this to happen to anyone. Unfortunately this puts even more stress on our employees and extra work all because of some thief but in this day I guess it's the norm. We have a great family team with outstanding customers stop by and see for yourself next time. Thank you and Merry Christmas
Waste of time going here. Their used cars, should have been taken straight to the junkyard, and not placed for sale. 1 vehicle has bad computer/electrical... problems and transmission going out. Another vehicle has bad torque converter. All vehicles were beyond filthy. Salesman got pissy when he couldn't sell me junk. BUYER BEWARE!

Brought car in for an oil change. 1.5 weeks later my car is blowing smoke badly. The engine had been replaced 1 year earlier with the optima recalls.... Brought car back in. Charged 150 to have the mechanic look at it. Comes back and tells me its a blown engine, new engine will cost 8500 and my warranty on this engine that they installed expired 2 months ago. I took the car for a second opinion to find out that the valve cover gasket was cracked. It cost me 250 to repair and runs fine now. They need to hire qualified mechanics who actually look at what they are being paid to look at and not just guessing and charging. I could of done that on my own for 150 dollars. Not the first vehicle Ive had looked at here and given the wrong diagnostic but it will be the last. Do not take your car here for repair unless you have a lot of money you just want to throw away. And on top of that it was a kia!!! There very own brand. What do you think theyll do with cars that aren't theirs.

Service was great. Everone was nice and friendly. They all were wonderful. Dropped my car off and had to go to work. They had the shuttle ready to... take me to work. Great job.

Never takes less than 2 hours for an oil change appointment. Its infuriating to say the least. I her very frequent oil changes, and have never been able... to get out in an acceptable amount of time.

I have to bring my car back to dealership because the issue started again. It seemed to be rectified when I got my car, but a few days later the same... issue surfaced. I have never had this problem with them and I'm confident they'll fix it properly when I take my car back. I really believe that the service performed was incomplete and that additional causes needed to be ruled out as well.
