Broken promises
This place is nice AT FIRST I feel sorry for salesmen who lost a sale.we first came in to see a suv that was online not at all as description said.found another one but price suddenly went up sales manager tom & another higher up got nasty 1st no second key (was told I would have to pay $350.00 ) two minor issues 1 fuse cover box 2nd.lens cover in rear Gavin our great sales rep said ok to all.then our trade was less because one tail light was out tom and another head guy said they would have to pay 400-1000 to fix B S.I fixed it myself for zero cost all I did was drain water out of it.then they got nasty we left .never will return. GAVIN GO WORK AT A BETTER PLACE PLEASE.

Jacob, in service, is very nice and polite. I brought my 2016 Kia Sportage in for oil and filter change. Got there about 10am and Jacob had my vshicle done about 11:30am. Thank you, Jacob.

BE AWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!
PLEASE BE AWARE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF TOO! We brought our car up there with a oil leak, thinking they were a reputable company and that since we have a 2012 Kia Sorenta that they would definitely fix the problem. We paid them over $1300 and my truck is still loosing oil. I have to put at least 1-2 quarts of oil in it every other week. When we called to let them know they didn't fix the problem Kim told us not to add anymore oil, when it gets low to bring it up there and she would have them work on it. We brought it back up there for the 4th time with low oil and she said it would be $600 more for them to do another test putting some type of fluid through the engine to see where the leak is coming from. Why wasn't that done when I first brought it up there to get the oil leak looked at and paid over $1300 for. RIP OFF, DONT DO IT!!!
