Went in to look at a car, the salesman brought out a different car then I was looking at. I was a little irritated at the time .. he said this was a better deal for my money, I reluctantly test drove it and liked something that I didn't think I would.. needless to say, I bought it 30 minutes later.

Test drove two dealers before leaving Illinois to go find the car I wanted. The price was very fair with the market, and the car was better than the ones at other dealers. The finance guy really listened to my wants on the financial side of things, and got me the 36 month term I was looking for at an interest rate that was low. They even got me a good deal on a warranty for my Jaguar XJ, which is not a cheap warranty to begin with. Sales was well trained and they even stayed late to help me complete the purchase, and made sure that me and my family, even my 12 month old had anything we needed. Second to none service. I even recommend my neighbor to Thomas Kia, and she got a great deal as well on a used Sportage. Highly recommend Thomas Kia for their customer service, and good deals.
