Being in another state, I was unaware of the damage on

Being in another state, I was unaware of the damage on the rear end of the car. They tried to 'fix' the scratch,' but made it worse. The car has more than a scratch on the rear end. It may possibility have been rear ended. There were no accidents mentioned. As far as I'm concerned, the dealership was not being honest or can be trusted. Be aware and be thorough.

I wasn't able to start my car on Friday morning.

I wasn't able to start my car on Friday morning. After getting a jump start I took it straight up to MINI of Mt. Laurel. They took me right away & spent lots of time checking everything out, doing a thorough job working on it. Tonya was my service advisor & did a great job. She & Jacob took time to talk with me about what was going on. They took care of everything & I was able to leave a little while later. Everyone was so accommodating & helpful, for which I'm grateful because my car being in distress was quite stressful for me. They took great care of my car & me also.

I love mini of Mt.

I love mini of Mt. Laurel NJ. The sales people and workers are always very helpful! Tonya & Sherrod always inform me of any problems if any with my vehicle and they try to keep me safe on the road, not to mention whenever I come, they always have a loaner car available for me. I'll always continue to use mini of Mt. Laurel for my car car. I'm happy knowing I can trust them with my vehicle. What I loke mostly about Mini & BMW they work together as a team and they're very professional and quick. I'd definitely purchase a vehicle again and refer family & friends. Thank you. Mrs. James ~

I bought my 2012 mini countryman from this dealership.

I bought my 2012 mini countryman from this dealership. It used to be a great place. But I now will not buy any MINI or BMW because Mt.Laurel is the closest service dealership, and I never feel comfortable when approaching the service team. Before moving to south jersey, I used to take my car to Ottos mini, because of the people and their great service. Also, the three times I took my car for AC repair. It never got fixed, and I had to take to a trusted auto shop in Philadelphia, even though I live within 5 mins of mini of mt laurel.

It was a pleasure to work with Thomas Crone & his manager, Chad Dubrow in the purchase of my new Mini Clubman. Neither exerted any pressure on us to make a quick decision as is sometimes the case with other dealerships. This was the best car buying experience we’ve had in many years and I would not hesitate to work with Mini of Mt. Laurel in the future.

As always Sherard Thornhill provided exceptional service!

As always Sherard Thornhill provided exceptional service! What a truly remarkable service representative you have in him and I honestly don't know if he is a manager, but if he is not he should be! He not only remembers who I am, but he makes sure any issues I am having with my MINI are addressed and goes out of his way to make sure that my car is well cared for and he makes both my husband and I feel like a part of the MINI family. This was my first time at the dealership since it merged with the BMW across the way and I was concerned it would lose that homey feel that the other dealership had. While it is bigger, Sherard made it feel as inviting as always, he showed me around where I could sit and get some work done in the BMW Lounge, and he also told me about the upstairs MINI lounge, which I'm glad he did because I saw Steph Dobosh there and my husband has been speaking with Steph about getting a new MINI. Steph is also fantastic and we can't imagine buying or leasing cars from anyone else there -- although everyone is great! - to my husband and I Sherard and Steph feel like family members. There's a reason why MINI owners wave at each other - because special people work for MINI and these two employees definitely enforce that for the brand. They could definitely be customer service trainers! And of course, as for the service, I got my headlight fixed, my oil changed (because I have the oil package deal) and was in and out faster than I had expected. This was my first time waiting for my car, but I would do it again. I really love how they send me a text message with the work that was done on my car. A great feature!
