Such a GREAT experience..!!!
We just purchased a very nice Honda CRV from Durham Auto Mart....It was probably the best "Car Buying" experience I've ever had!!! Mainly because of our salesman , Jason Chambers! He was very professional, super friendly and courteous but most of all , super attentive to our concerns, needs and questions. We just couldn't have had anyone better to work with !! Thank you so much Jason! Also have to add that it was a pleasure to talk with any of the Durham Auto Mart employees....very fine folks! I will be back next time I'm in the market for a vehicle and recommend the same for anyone!!!.....Again....a GREAT experience!!!

Bad dealership. Sold a vehicle right out from under me. Said I never put a deposit down but they never asked for a deposit.

We are sorry this happened to you. It is one of the biggest issues to deal with in the car business. There is always more than one salesman working deals and leads on the same car. Especially when it is a rare make and model. Unfortunately there is just no way to prevent it. Trust me we are not here to make people angry and leave us bad reviews. We are here to sell cars and hopefully earn a repeat customer along the way. Sorry things didn't work out.
Don’t disagree with multiple sales associates working on selling the same vehicle but in this case it was the owner and he should know what’s going on in his company.

Just purchased my new car from Durham's Auto Mart, and let me say the process was seamless! Jason Chambers met me in the parking lot, showed all the cars I wanted to see, and was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the service that had been done to the vehicles! He was very honest about the current car market, and still did whatever he could to save me a few coins! All in all I am very pleased with my experience. Also I have already put my vehicle on the road to Asheville and lets just say it handles like a champ! I recommend DAM to anybody, and if you need a suggestion on who to go to, Jason Chambers will def get you in the vehicle you need!

Spent weeks searching for the right truck. Found the truck at Durham's Auto Mart but was hesitant to make the 3 hour drive. After several calls with Jason I felt confident the trip was worth it, and I was right! Jason and Toby were honest, upfront, and great to work with. They made this process a breeze, the pricing was extremely fair and there were no games or time wasted. Both Jason and Toby were happy and appreciative of my business. If I'm in the market again, I will be going back to Durham's Auto Mart.

( RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ) Brought a Dodge Charger for my family and a month later the motor went out. Was told the car had full coverage from the dealership if something were to go wrong which it did not. Sad to say Durham auto mart wouldn’t do anything to rectify the situation, be professional and stand by the vehicles they sell.. if your looking to buy a reliable vehicle I would highly recommend NOT going to Durham auto mart 🤦🏽♂️🤦🏽♂️

We are truly sorry that you had engine problems so soon after your purchase and we definitely understand your frustration. Lets just state the facts surrounding your situation. We fully serviced this vehicle including oil change, NC state Inspection, new tires etc. This car passed with zero issues. You did not purchase an extended warranty because there is Factory Dodge Powertrain Warranty remaining up to 60,000 miles. We have the Carfax to prove it showing remaining warranty info. Dodge is not denying it has coverage they are denying your Warranty Claim for lack of Service records. We owned the car for about 3 weeks before we sold it to you. We serviced it and made sure everything was up to par before we sold it. There is no way for either of us to produce service records prior to either of us owning it. Your real issue and frustration should be with Dodge not us. They are not honoring their Warranty and denying your claim. We have made numerous phone calls to our connections at local dealerships trying to figure out why or even if they can deny a claim for lack of service records. You guys called threating us with bad reviews if we didn't pay for your new engine. We were actively working to help and making progress and then we see these reviews start coming in. Its only been 3 days since this started. Nothing happens that fast. We are a local family owned business trying to help not avoiding you at all. We actually called the service department this morning on your behalf to help fight for coverage and they informed us that you have already approved the repair and they have ordered an engine. We always honor our warranty but we can not honor someone else's. Your bad reviews and anger were sent to us and they should have been directed to the huge Corporation that doesn't stand behind their product and warranty.
We have called numerous times with no call back and of course we moved forward with a new engine we obviously needed the car we purchased running. You made no attempts to try and find out who the previous owner was through the dmv or anything to help get these records. The warranty is only good with proper service records which you couldn’t provide. BAD BUSINESS, and let’s not talk about how you responded to this review almost a month later. If you were making progress when we left a bad review you should have picked up the phone!
