Service dept disappointing, dropped my car off for what

Service dept disappointing, dropped my car off for what ended up being 8 days with no real repairs done, biggest complaint is the lack of communication. Days with mo status updates, was shocked when I picked it up they had burned through an entire tank of gas and didn't warn me. Dropped my car off clean, recently detailed and a full tank of gas. Got it back dirty, muddy foot prints on floor of both front seats, and an empty gas tank and 130 more miles on my car. Haven't had the best experience and will likely seek out a different dealership for future issues.

I’m very disappointed in their service department.

I’m very disappointed in their service department. I have taken my car in twice now for an oil change, tire rotation and recall work and had the same unfortunate experience both times. Arriving early for a scheduled 8 AM appointment I informed them I would be waiting and was told it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait, which was fine. At 10 AM I went for a walk outside and saw my car was parked in the back parking area. The service employee informed me that my car had not even been looked at yet, something about work that hadn’t been completed the day before was squeezed into that morning. I did not leave the dealership until 1 PM, more than 5 hours after getting there! My first experience with them was very similar but it was over a 6 hour wait! One incident can be excused but for the same thing to happen twice tells me there is something wrong with their process. This is unfortunate as the employees are I encountered were very accommodating, the facility is clean and comfortable but I will find some place else for my car’s routine service.

My appointment was at 10.30 , 03/21/2025.As soon as I arrived , Mark made eye contact and greeted me. He kept me informed throughout the service. Over all it was an excellent experience as far as customer service goes . Thank you Mark

Recently, yesterday 4/10/25, I had the honor to meet

Recently, yesterday 4/10/25, I had the honor to meet Nicholas. He sold me a 2025 Kia Soul. He sent me a text video of the car and information of a personal experience as his father had picked out the same car out of all the options on his lot. Nicholas then drove the Kia over to my house in Post Falls to deliver it personally. He walked me thru all the paperwork and offered to assist me with computer. Nicholas is easy going and has such an easy going and comfortable personality. He did this on his day off. I took the car out 3x since. I love it and am so grateful to you all.
