My experience with Budget Auto was pretty good. the salesman did a great job explaining the vehicles and taking care of a small problem that presented itself. I would recommend my friends to checkout Budget Auto.

Very good customer service. Not high-pressure whatsoever. I took my daughter to buy her first car and the salesman (Craig) was great to work with. If you're looking for an inexpensive used car, this is the place to go.

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. We took my son on Saturday to look at a few cars. He decided against the few he went to originally look at but at the recomendation of the saleman, ended up test driving and buying a manual drive Honda. He specifically asked about the condition of the clutch/manual transmission and was told that it was in great shape. THE VERY NEXT DAY, Sunday, less than 24 hours of the car being in his possession and the clutch went out. This dealership and it's salesman were nothing but rude to my son and my mother and were in no way any help in trying to resolve the situation. So now my 21 year full time college student (with 2 part time jobs) is stuck with a non-driveable vehicle plus having to come up with money try have a clutch replaced. We are also filing with the BBB and have asked for the steps to persue arbitration. This dealership is VERY unprofessional and should not be allowed to conduct business in this fashion. If you are looking to get swindled, this is the dealership for you. Otherwise please take your business elsewhere.
