Desperate for service, recommended online, MISTAKE
If you want to be taken advantage of, patron this establishment. Cost was twice what would have been charged at dealership. Ask for Sean. Nice guy that tells you dealership doesn't perform needed diagnostic testing and charges you in excess of twice what the dealership costs.

I see that you were unhappy with your recent visit to my establishment and your interaction with me, for that I apologize. However, I was under the impression that you understood what diagnostics were being performed to your vehicle and what/how you were being charged. Which I explained clearly. Again we do a comprehensive diagnostic that takes about 2 hours to make sure the repairs suggested takes care of you issue(s). Then of course the labor to repair. At no time were repairs declined. How is the vehicle operating? Is the vehicle fixed? Again we offer a 2 year warranty on our services on parts and labor, unlike to 1 year you get at the dealer. If you like I will be more then happy to issue you a FULL refund, remove the new parts installed on your vehicle and replace them with your defective parts and return your car in the same condition it was when it arrived.
