I paid cash for a car in March and still have not received the title. The dealership claims it has been "lost in the mail" for 6 months as they never received from the auction house where they bought the car. Also never received an Owner's Manual which they claimed was in the glove box. Total nonsense, I'll be taking legal action.

I purchased a 2018 BMW 650xi from Top Line Auto in February 2024. Don't let the size of this dealership fool you. This is an enthusiasts' paradise. So many high end, high quality vehicles in their showroom to fall in love with. My sales rep, Aleks, went above & beyond to get me into my new baby. He even recommended a lender that beat the market interest rate based on my credit score. The experience was a blast & I can't recommend them enough.

You never know what to expect when searching for used cars and the reviews of this dealership were mostly good so I figured it was worth checking it out. They had a 2011 Sequoia they looked to be in great shape in the pictures. I arrived just after opening and was able to walk around and inspect the vehicle. After it passed my initial inspection I asked to take it out for a test drive and it drove great with no issues. I was not able to complete the purchase at that time but was able to come back later that day and finish everything up. I will say that throughout the entire process they were very accommodating and made sure that the process went as smoothly as possible. Now I’ve had the vehicle for a well and there have been zero issues. If I’m in need of another car or if a friend or family member needs a car I will definitely send them to Top Line. I brought my 2014 BMW 528i here & I told them after 2 weeks if the car doesn’t have any issues I’ll write a review. It been a month now and my BMW has not a single problem. It runs amazingly and it’s in perfect condition as well. I love it! They were super easy to work with and gave me a GREAT deal on this vehicle. I highly recommend this dealership and will be purchasing another vehicle from here soon

i have been trying to contact the title department for sever weeks and can not get a call back. i am hoping that this will get someone to call me. i just need to talk to the title or finance department.
