I live in Mississippi, and I purchased two cars from Top line Auto, and I must say these guys are the best, I haven't had any problems with my cars, the customer service is excellent and they make you feel like family! Purchasing a car from Top line Auto is a win win situation.

I reached out to the salesman and was committing with him via phone and text message. At first he seems helpful but after the second phone call he was annoyed and rude and didn't want to help me. I was able to contact another salesman and he was more helpful then the man I was originally talking too. When I tried to call him he answered rudely and didn't want to talk to me. I asked him for more options and he said no. You don't have any.. I had to go to another dealership and I had plenty of options there ..

I called in interested in a vehicle I explained I already have financing of my own. I discussed a few things with Dee and he was supposed to call me back and never did. I tried to contact Dee multiple times and he wouldn't return my calls. I was finally able to reach him and he admitted not returning my calls. When I finally talk to Dee he was very short and kept cutting me off and said he would call me back again and never did. My interaction with Dee was one of the most unprofessional displays of customer service I have experienced.

I have to commend Armen and the guys at TopLine Autos! This is not your sparkling dealership with high overhead cost for rent, facilities, swanky showroom, personnel, and perks. What this is is your go-to place for the best deal on a used car. PERIOD. The fancy dealerships have marble floors, cherry furnishings, smooth-talking salesmen and fancy dealership prices. These guys are honest and upfront. And since they don't spend their money on trying to impress you with their facilities and decor you can guarantee that the price of a particular car on their small lot is 20% cheaper than on it would be any other lot. If you don't see exactly what you want today, wait a couple days and they'll have more great cars in. They sell fast there and for a reason. Their prices are the lowest because they're not greedy like the other guys. Armen and his father (and others) were great to work with. He'll do what it takes to create a customer base. They fussed over getting as many little things (light bulbs, interior trim pieces, polishing headlights, new wipers, etc.) you'd expect to have to fix AFTER buying a used car for the low price I did. I'm a hands-on guy and didn't ask for them to address anything but they insisted on taking care of as many things as they could possibly do on our Volvo XC90. Once I got it home I noticed something that I hadn't prior to the purchase and I called Armen. He immediately tried to see if he could fix/find it for me and take care of it on his end. After a couple of days he determined that I would have to get a new item and he insisted on writing me a check to help cover the cost....what dealer does that? If he says it, he'll do it. Integrity like that is hard to come by. I will definitely be back to Top Line and will be sending as many of those I know to see Armen as well.

I was VERY sceptical about the vehicle I was inquiring upon because it was to good to be true. Alex walked me through the whole deal with ease and got he the PERFECT price and the vehicle I wanted. The finance company I chose dragged their feet but he pushed the deal all the way. My Cadillac Escalade drove Great all the way back to Amarillo Texas with no problems even now!! These guys have Top Of The Line Vehicles at great prices!!!!

Wife's MB C300 was totaled in accident. She wanted another MB. We found a MB R350 that she really liked! The problem was we had just relocated from Frisco to New Orleans. My wife did the research and found this to be what she wanted. Flew in to Dallas a few days later, went to the business, purchased the vehicle and life is great.
