Platinum Auto Exchange

After reading previous reviews, I must admit, I was terrified of what my inspection would reveal. The vehicle passed and only needed some minor cosmetic repairs and had one minor mechanical defect (needed new rear shocks). Most people don't understand that this is not a standard dealership. You are getting a bargain price in exchange for no haggle and "AS IS" purchases. If you buy a used car and it breaks 3 months down the road, you will learned an expensive and valuable lesson. Have your used car purchases inspected immediately after pick up or have the vehicle inspected before you purchase. Overall, I am very satisfied with my vehicle and if I am looking to purchase another vehicle or if a friend/family member is looking for a vehicle, I would suggest Platinum Auto Exchange.

Tuesday of this week i purchased a car from Platinum Auto Exchange in Arlington Heights, Il 2440, E Oakton Street This was a 2005 mini cooper with 66, 000 miles. They said the car was fine and had no major issues, 2 days later, took it in for a check by a Mini Dealer and needs a new transmission, with 40 miles i put on it! and the dealer will do NOTHING AT ALL, not even an exchange for another car.

I have now bought 2 cars from them ... and who says that about a used car dealership? All of their cars are priced under retail prices (and are the cheapest online) not to mention the excellent condition and low miles. Can't ask for better! The employees are very knowledgeable and answered all of my 5000 questions. Love my cars, the prices and the service and that's why I bought a second car and have referred all my friends and family!

I just bought A 2003 Audi A4 from these guys. Their salesmen are very helpful, and knowledgeable. I am very satisfied with my purchase. They have the cheapest prices around, with great quality cars. I am recommending them to my family and friends.

I purchased a 2005 Honda Accord from Platinum Auto Exchange. I looked at over 20 cars before going to Platinum Auto Exchange. My search ended there. I got the car for an unbeatable price. I have had the car for over 3 months and its A great car. I haven't had any problems with it.

let me start off by saying It is very hard to find a Nissan quest in the condition i found this one at. only 67k miles for 2-3k below everywhere else I found. Very good place to go for a great deal. I will be sending my family there as well

We came to Platinum Auto Exchange to find a car for our college-aged son. And after a one-month search, our son is driving away with exactly what we wanted (Volkswagen Passat 2003).
