I purchased a Mini Cooper S convertible from this dealer in 2006 and recommended it to several persons who also purchased Minis there. I've had little trouble with the car and when servicing has been needed, Mini of Monrovia has been right there. Most recently, my car had a significant service experience (after 10 years). All was clearly explained and excellently accomplished. The car is excited and eager to go!

Been to this service center for services and repairs a number of times and yesterday's experience was among the best one ever! Brought my car in for regular service and Robert was my service advisor. Very friendly and professional of him. He said he would give me a call as soon as the car was ready and he did keep his words of calling... unlike my previous experiences where I had to call back a couple of times (close to the end of the day) to check for status. Also credits to the gentleman who helped pull my car up once I arrived at the service center.

Happy with our experience at Mini of Monrovia. Repair work excellent. Service desk was very helpful and kept me informed of when my car would be ready for pick up.

We purchased a 2006 mini cooper hardtop, and took it back in to get the transmission looked at. The service worker robert, was very helpful and got someone to look at the car while we were still there. He then got the car back in a timely manner fixed.

Not worth the time. BMWs warranty is a joke. 4 year/50k fluid only basically because everything is not within normal wear and tear to them.

My sales Sam Hassan was a very nice person, I was there wait my old car service but decide to look the new one and ask about the terms of lease! It turn out the deal was not bad and I can just turn in my old car there and drive the new one home! Sam makes our visit easy and smooth! I will definitely referring him to my friends if they want a mini!
