20107 Cadillac XT5

I am absolutely thrilled with my new 21017 Cadillac XT5! This is the 3rd Cadillac I've purchased from Gerry Lane and I must say this was the best experience I've had while purchasing a new vehicle. Mr. James Ross, my salesman proved himself to be a kind, smart and caring salesman looking out for my best interest and he did that! I was also happy with all of the hospitality I was shown by John the GM and the finance department. My Dad worked for GM for 40 years and passed away almost 1 year ago. I know he would be proud that I'm driving another safe vehicle and very grateful to the staff at Gerry Lane for treating me as nice as they always do, especially Mr. Ross! I will be proud driving my fun new XT5 and will make sure to tell everyone I know to visit Gerry Lane Cadillac! Thank you all so much! Sincerely, Sherri Edgar

Horrible Experiences in the Care Service Dpeartment.....

I did not buy my Cadillac from this dealership so I cannot fairly say anything bad about the sales process , the bad experiences I have had are with the care service department, it has by far been the worst I have experienced in my life! I have received better service at the Chrysler dealership when I had a Jeep. First, they require you to "schedule" an appointment to bring your car in, which might be reasonable for routine maintenance work..i.e oil changes etc or mechanical minor problems that allow you to still be able to drive your vehicle. But after getting a jump off I drove straight to the dealership car care service and was told I didn't have an appointment so I could leave the car or wait for whenever possibly a technician could look at. I waited 7 hours before a tech looked at my car and replaced the battery. Learning from the first experience, I scheduled an "appointment" to take my car in when my engine light came on....and still my sat there for 3 days and NOONE had even looked at it! HORRIBLE!!

Very nice and helpful

Everyone was very nice and helpful. Answered all my questions. Both the manager and Tolby my salesman was very helpful in negotiations and allowing me to time to test drive the vehicle before purchasing. Marshal Wallace the business manager was also very helpful with my purchase as well.

Great Experience

Gerry Lane and Dudley Williams made our purchasing a car today a great experience. The professional manner and respect Dudley treated us today was outstanding. Very nice man and great salesperson.

Excellent

Every visit at Gerry Lane is a pleasant visit. The sales staff and the service staff is the best any customer can ask for. They go above and beyond to make sure the customer is always satisfied. I wouldn't go to any other dealership to buy a vehicle. Thanks for everything.

Wow 😲 what a good time buying a car

Grady Lewis is a great professional salesman. This is my third Escalade he sold me today. I have bought way over 100 vehicles in my life and I rate GRADY LEWIS a great Salesman. The icing on the cake 🎂 was Martha Wallace, business manager. What a super Business Manger.She is extremely smart and helpful to the Salesmen. She is awesome. I rate Grady & Martha a 10 .
