Never Again!!!

Do yourself a favor and shop at the big name auto dealerships. I have always bought vehicles through big dealerships and never had a complaint. Bought a traversed premier brand new. First they tacked on an extra $2000 that was a "mandatory" add on to the listed purchase price. Because of the lack of inventory we agreed. Then they were not knowledgeable about the vehicles features. A plastic rear seat handle was broken because we pulled on a handle that they said moved the seat upward. They were wrong and the handle was broke off. I was promised a replacement after purchase which was never ordered. And they failed to mention that the heated/ cooling seats were going to be retro fitted at a later date because of the shortage of computer chips. Didn't think i had to check every button in a brand new vehicle. Dishonesty is a terrible attribute. Never Again

Used car purchase

Went and saw a used vehicle I wanted for my nephew and worked out a deal with the dealership. Worked out a price offer And was comfortable paying for the vehicle.

Poor customer service

Visited this dealership to check out a vehicle and had bad customer service, slightly overpriced, not willing to negotiate, and not able to help me out with finance. Made no effort in making a sale. Was recommended here by a friend, but I don’t recommend it

Great experience!

I had been searching for a medium sized SUV for a while and hadn't been able to find anything that I just really liked. I also hated dealing with pushy sales people in San Antonio. When we asked for a price on a particular vehicle we were looking at, the guy would just ask us what we wanted to pay & wouldn't give us a price. I had a headache at the end of the day. Thank goodness my husband was working near Freer and sent me pictures of an almost new Toyota 4 Runner he saw at Cantu's Chevrolet. It was love at first sight. Troy, our salesman, was very nice and not pushy at all. Dealing the vehicle was easy and quick. Everyone was very friendly & made us feel welcome. I will definitely tell my family & friends about Cantu Chevrolet.

Truck Purchase Cantu Chevolet

One of my best car buying experiences. Sales staff and manager friendly, courteous and cooperative. Process was efficient. The only issue was vehicle not being prepped in advance but did a fine job before taking delivery.
