Let me start off by saying I never do reviews, yet I feel compelled to let the world know what an amazing service and great company MBK Auto group is. They rely mostly on online sales so online reviews are important to them and thats the least I can do for them after superb buying experience. I have purchased 5 dealer vehicles in my life time and each time I need to buy one a dread dealing with the sales people, stacking warranties and hidden fees, patch job fixes even on certified vehicles etc. Not here no sir.. Sami and his brother have made this business from grounds up and done a great job. They have quality vehicles at a good price no hassle buying with extremely friendly service, they will do everything they can to accomodate you during your purchase during business hours and after business hours and you'll leave out of there smiling with a new car with assurance that you received a quality vehicle at a good price. Don't hesitate for a second to buy from this dealer. You will be pleased. Purchased a 2001 Land cruiser.

I found the perfect RX330 at MBK online. Called and worked with Sam. He was so accomodating and fantastic. Every aspect of the process was easy and comfortable. Since I'm in Colorado I was nervous about buying in a different town but it went off without a hitch. Couldn't be more pleased with the car quality, final price and MBK. I'm a big advocate of supporting small Houston businesses. The owners of this dealership understand customer service and provided me with a great product. I have owned my new (used, but new to me) Infiniti for about 4 months now with no problems at all. Even then, MBK offered me an additional 3rd party warranty that I was able to purchase on top of the warranty the dealership gave me. So I?m covered in any incident (God forbid). I ran into these guys on cars.com, I drove from New Mexico to Houston and grabbed my Lexus. Sami was amazing, he made sure everything is tested, all fluids ready for the ride. I saw the car I wanted in the internet through MBK Auto Group. I called and made and offer and flew to Houston to pcik the vehicle up. I was in and out of MKB Atou Group in 30 minutes with the vehicle and this was my first time evern doing business with them. Sam was a charm throughout the process.

Bad experience , don't waste time with this dealership.I made a appointment a day before, and they told me the car is still available. However, when I come to the dealership, they told me they lost the key! They said they will have the key next week, when I call them to ask if they have the key now, they told me to give then 2 mins to check out and they will call back. But no replying anymore.I feel like they did care about their customer at all.

Honest, Friendly and excellent customer service, Im so glad i checked them out, they made me feel comfortable, no pressure. Chose the car i want, test drove, did all paperwork everything went very smooth. Car was in Excellent shape for the age, clean, as described and all the proofs, receipts and carfax was provided and very helpful! not to mention i got a great deal on the car. First time for me to buy a vechile from MBK Auto and it was AWESOME. I purchased a 2009 Altima Coupe and it was in EXCELLENT shape, no problems at all. There was no pressure in buying like you get when going to a large dealership. The car fax was very helpful and they had no problem in showing it to me .Sami and Ahmed are honest guys and they do not take advantage of their customers. When I am ready to purchase another pre-owned auto, MBK will be the first place I will look. I would recommend if you are looking for auto, do check them out.
