Even though we had to go all the way to Omaha from Michigan to find the Lexus model we wanted, Tyler Keenan and the Lexus of Omaha staff made the entire experience easy. Even though we had test-driven the NX450h+ at a local dealer,Tyler's walk-through video of the car was very helpful along with his knowledge of the vehicle's history. And Product Specialist Blaine Spulak's tech lesson on setting up the car for my inaugural trip back home was excellent. The whole sales process was quick and painless. Only drawback was the low trade-in offer, but we didn't really want to drive our Acura to Iowa anyway. Thanks!

Excellent from scheduling to check in to getting loaner car and how to use it. Then updating me by text of additional work to be completed. Then picking up car and going through what was done. Cory is the best to deal with. Everyone was very good.
