Came here on Saturday to test drive a Sportage. Lalo was very professional and friendly. He was able to answer the many questions my husband and I had about the car. We told him we were still looking around at other cars. After test driving the Chevy Equinox, the Ford Escape and Nissan Rogue I went back to Kia and asked Lalo for another test drive. I told him I thought this was the one I wanted. He knew I had specific wants and asked if I was ready for him to find my vehicle for me. After some negotiating we settled on a price. I ended up purchasing the one I had test drove. Great experience from start to finish. Thank You Lalo and David for a great car buying experience.

Came in with my wife to look at the new Sportage. I had been researching and reading everything I could find on the car so it was just down to test drives. We wandered the lot a bit and found the car we wanted to drive, and the wife started to look at the Sorento. After wandering the lot for about 15-20 minutes without being noticed, we wandered inside. This was about 5pm on a Monday, but by no means near closing. Right through the door a salesman asked us what we were in for and gathered the keys to test drive the Sportage and Sorento. The salesman was standoffish, and wasn't knowledgeable about the vehicles or the trim levels. We were happy with the Sportage and the Sorento, but the Sorento was out of our price range. The salesman shows us all the Sportage on the lot and the interior on all of them were deal breakers. Salesman walks of at that point and says if we need him we know where to find him. We walk the lot more and my wife finds and falls in love with a blue Sorento EX V6 that is packaged to the teeth. Price was okay, but Victor and Rusty walk up and our customer experience made an abrupt 180. They were attentive, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with. We made an offer on the car, it was approved, and they worked with us to get the paperwork completed even after closed. Wonderful experience, both my cars now have 10yr/100k warranties so I don't think I'll need another car soon, but if I do I know who I'm going to see.

There was a lengthy delay in the arrival of the vehicle, but not the dealer's fault. Once it arrived, we received great service, especially from our salesman, Kenny Kahn, who filled in for our original salesman who left the dealership during the period of delay. Kenny was very straightforward, informative and gracious, and made the purchase process a breeze.

My brother and I had a great experience working with Henry, Ashley and Frank. Although some of the numbers didn't immediately add up right, they were patient, kind and helpful during the entire process.
