They were horrible to my family.

They were horrible to my family. Would work with you on pricing. They do not go by KBB, they go with JDP (joke). Very shady dealings. Stay away from them.

Brought 2014 nassun maxima and let than a week the transmission is going out.Called the dealer said you buy as is so be careful of uniworld.

I really wish i could leave no stars to leave a review.

I really wish i could leave no stars to leave a review. But I'm gonna say BUYERS BEWARE! To try to make a very very long story short. The first car they sold me an Audi A5 and didn't even have the title! I was making car payments and paying car insurance for a car i was only able to drive 2 months out of the 4 i had it before the bank wanted there money back! And i got no money back from any of that. As well as the car was blowing smoking out the exhaust the next day after i bought it i noticed and they told me it was a new issue (mind you it wasn't even 24hrs later) didn't see it on the 15 minute test drive. but ok. So after giving them this car back and the bank getting there money back you would think i would be smart and that was a sign from god saving me trouble. Noooo. But what did i do. I went and got another car from them. The one i originally had wanted but didn't have enough for the first time. And would you know the second one had problems too!! Less then 48 hrs later i sent the owner a video and all and i was ignored!! Now I'm stuck paying 2300 to get it fixed because it turned out not to be safe to drive. And the real dealer (Land Rover) said it was definitely preexisting!!! Fool me once shame on you! Fool me twice shame on me!!! All I'm a say is go to a real dealer if you can! 11/17/2023

A hidden treasure

Mike went above and beyond, to make my car purchase, simple and convenient. He's honest, and he's from, "the old school", so you'll get straight forward answers, like your dad/granddad. :) He has a lot of great cars, and I believe I chose the best one on the lot! I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a nice car for a good price.

Don’t go to this place! Shady slack service

Tried to buy a used vehicle and both salesman made absolutely no effort to compromise price after multiple multiple issues with vehicle were pointed out. Zero! Really really sad. Make price final without adding to the price when problems weren’t fixed. You don’t have problems and not adjust the price. That’s ridiculous. Who does that? Very very very unprofessional! Clean up this mess and you will sell cars. Someone else got our business the same day. Your loss!! Was a total waste of time!

Ended up with a lemon

I found the exact car with all the features that I wanted at UniWorld. The purchasing process was easy, but the car ended up having issue upon issue within months of the purchase. It’s going on a year since I purchased the car, and I’ve had to spend almost 5k in repairs. The timing belt needed to be changed which I was aware; however, the other repairs were not expected. There is so much rust under this vehicle that nearly everything has gone bad. Ultimately, it falls on me for not taking it to my own mechanic to have it looked over. Originally, I felt like the dealership lied to me, and that it must’ve been wrecked but never reported because of how quickly the vehicle was falling apart. Now, after replacing part after part and seeing the condition, there is no way the dealership did not know the condition of the vehicle. Tie rod, control arms, wheel bearings, rotors, brakes were all rusted. I’m not talking about mild surface rust here. New set of tires due to uneven tire wear because of the wheel bearings, tie rod and control arm. Alignment made no difference until all of these parts were replaced. Now add the timing belt to repairs that had to be completed first due to safety issues and the fact this was the main vehicle for me and my 3 children. Yes, I was offered a warranty. No, I couldn’t afford it. Nor could I afford the car payment on top of the maintenance bill, but I made happen. Luckily, the finance company has worked with me after turning in all my repair bills. As soon as I signed the paperwork when purchasing, the salesman quickly handed me the key and said by the way the key fob doesn’t work. To purchase a new key fob to lock and unlock the doors remotely is another $120. I knew then something was off, but I didn’t go with my gut because this is the car I wanted with the options I wanted. I am still using the original key the dealership handed me because obviously the other repairs took precedent.

Best car buying experience ever

This is a great dealership and the customer service is impecable. I went in on a Saturday to look. Found the car and these people waited for me after hours to pick up my car on that Monday. I would recommend them to all of my family and friends
