I have purchased three vehicles from this dealership and have had great service with all of them. Their vehicles are reconditioned well and they are very up front with the history and condition. Buying was easy and stress free with no pressure. They were able to locate financing options better than my currant bank could provide. I recently had issues with my old car and needed to get one quickly. My grandparents went to the selection and Luke helped them find cars within my price range. There’s a paradigm shift happening in how you buy a used car and The Selection is forging the way. I started my search for a used car at several dealerships. I told each of the salesmen I was at the beginning of my search and then tested several models at each dealership. When I finished, each salesman brought out his manager to meet me. Each manager started applying pressure to sit down and look at the “numbers’. Both times the tactics felt uncomfortable...kind of sleazy like an old boys club and this was the tried and true approach they were sticking to. When I visited The Solution, I didn’t feel any of that. What I found was a great car at a great price and a manager, staff and salesman who were friendly and informative. No pressure. Shortly after purchasing the car, I found something was a bit off and called them. Within days I had the car in their shop and they found it wasn’t the car at all causing the problem, but the Weather Tech floor mats I’d purchased. They’ve earned my trust. I appreciate a small business willing to break the mold and go the extra mile. I feel good about recommending The Solution to anyone in search of a good used car.
