I stopped by this dealership to see a Lexus I saw online and it ended up being the best car buying experience I've ever had. There are no pushy people here. They just let their awesome cars speak for themselves. Luke tagged the Lexus for me and let me test drive it for about 20 minutes alone. When I got back I was ready to buy and it literally took about 20 minutes to do the paperwork. These people are friendly, knowledgeable and made it a fun experience, which it should be anyway... I found a car on Craigslist that I really liked was at this dealership so I went to look at it and ended up falling in LOVE with the Hyundai Sonota they had. Luke got my number and we got everything sorted out and I traded in my car with them just one week later. They had everything ready by the time I got there so the trade in only took about 15 minutes! I was not in the car "buying" mode when I arrived at the Selection with my husband...but Luke changed that he could tell I wanted a bigger car but talked us through the one we got !!!

I liked how straightforward the process was we got a good car at a good price. Brandon was simple in the best way possible. the only reason I am giving this dealer a 5 star but the car was advertised as about 7,000 miles less than when I got the car. When I asked why the discrepancy he told me they were using it as a loner car. I do wish I had know the actual mileage before going out, but it was still a good car, and the process was still simple and easy. Rachael was great! I called in the morning to see if they were open and to see if they still had the car, she was easy going and very polite.
