After I signed the papers, they treated me Poorly when
After I signed the papers, they treated me Poorly when signing the papers felt rushed was more worried about me buying extras later on that night found out that they over charge me $100 per month. They did fix the problem the next day but stressed me out when purchasing the vehicle was handed the keys and I put my license plate on myself. Worst carbine experience of my life would never purchase another car there.

Service department did not resolve my issues.
Service department did not resolve my issues. They mis-diagnosed my vehicle after I had already explained to the series rep why I was bringing it in. I told them I have rear sway bar/bushing issues. Rep stated well we recommend getting it diagnosed so we know for sure what it is. I agreed. Once completed, it was stated the technician heard the noises from the front of the vehicle, removed an old part and noise stopped. I picked the vehicle up and within minutes heard the same issues. Called back in and explained my complaint, I was only offered to bring the vehicle back in and not a refund. I STATED I would look somewhere else because that is poor service to a customer.
