They are so helpful here. If it is possible to get you into a vehicle they will absolutely do it. They went above and beyond for me. Ali was the one to find me a great car at a price I can afford. Everything that I asked for he was able to give me even when I didn't think it was possible. Go see him! They finance manager was also very helpful and the Delivery Specialist Dolores is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have consistently checked on me, making sure that my financing was approved and that I am happy with my car.

Ramsey went out of his way to help me. He was very patient and friendly. I was turned down by other shops so I braced myself for another rejection. Oddly enough, he took the time to give me a chance. I never thought I would get a new car but he performed a miracle that day! 😁👍👍 I wanted a different car but he told me I could upgrade after six months. Overall, it is a great starter program to establish good credit history. Highly recommended to everyone, regardless of your history.

To start this review I want to give our Sales person Jonathon a HUGE THANK YOU for all that was done to get my parents into a new 2017 Mirage G4. Jonathon went way and beyond our expectation's to have my parents drive off in a new car that was fit for their needs. they needed a second vehicle as we all know parents at an elderly age have plenty of appointments to attend and to haul around wheelchairs and rollator's around with them. they needed something with a big enough trunk space and Jonathon suggested the Mirage G4, it had all the bells and whistles my parents needed, nothing fancy but to get from point A to B. Jonathon YOU DID AN AMAZING JOB and your kindness shows and Mission Mitsubishi should be proud to have such an amazing person to work for them on selling there cars and not to mention not forcing to make a sale. They work greatly if you're in the military and the customer service is friendly. The mission team try's their best to get you in the car that fits you best financially!!

My experience was extremely uncomfortable. I spoke to four different people and sat in an office for over an hour. I felt they were not letting me leave. Even after getting an approval, although I said in the beginning I was just looking at my options. I had to decline the offer because at that point I was so uncomfortable I didn't even want to be in business with them.

I had three different reps. The first one quit randomly the other two never followed up with me they treated me like wasn't important. Than when I the rep out on it the agent had a attitude. I just ended tell them with draw my app. I should be treated with respect and the same way as any other client.

They added $4500 to the price they showed me on the paper the $4,500 junker bonus cash is a scam don't fall for it.
