THE.BEST!

I found my car on the internet at Dave Sinclair Lincoln South's posting. From the first phone call to my last visit this week, time after time I receive exemplary service. I bought my car in 2012 and everyone is professional, knowledgeable and EXTREMELY fair! I live 30 minutes away, but would not take my vehicle anywhere else for service. The Sinclair family should be proud of the incredible folks that work for them. From Jim Sinclair to the porter who drops my car at the front, to the salesmen (John Michaels is my personal favorite ;) ) they are friendly, professional, FUN, and A+++ at customer service. I'll never go anywhere else!

I always receive exceptional service. The service adviser Keith, that I've had contact with is always professional and courteous. I didn't purchase my vehicle from Lincoln South, but from the St. Peters location.

Went in for one year, 15,000 mlles, service. Car taken timely and redelivered (washed) in an hour and a half.

Great Service at Dave Sinclair Lincoln South!!!

I took my 2007 Lincoln Navigator in for a new alternator, oil change, signal replacement and asked that they troubleshoot a leak in my roof. Billy did an outstanding job advising me of the issues, took great care to ensure my vehicle was returned in timely manner. I appreciate the great service, professionalism and the fact I TRUST the Lincoln service department to do a professional job the first time. I know they have my best interest in mind and understand the expenses of a vehicle and wanting the work to be done in a quality manner. My Thanks to Billy and the entire Lincoln service team!!!

One of the best shops in town

I have purchased two cars and have found the the Dave Sinclair people to be the best qualified to service my Ford and LM products. They discontinued my Cougar and my Mariner, so until LM decides to make another car I desire, I will continue to take my 2005 Mazda and my 1993 F-150 to the LM South mechanics. They seem willing to listen, search and do the work on any vehicle. They analyze the vehicle's situation and then advise me accordingly, and have never invented or made work just to get revenue for the dealership.I have made many a referral to the Dave Sinclair Lincoln South mechanics. They have never released me with a car the was not road ready.
