Pretty seamless and efficient transaction. I don’t mind buying but hate shopping, I find the negotiation very unpleasant. If not for TJ I would have left at the first offer. Even after countering and agreeing I left a significant amount on the table. I had a cash offer for several thousand more from a dealer out of state but chose to stay local. TJ was pleasant and knowledgeable. Thanks TJ I was in today for a service and rotation on my 2022 4Runner and drove home a new car. I was unpleasantly surprised to have to wait 2.5 weeks to get an appointment and be 1300+ miles overdue before I got in, and then get charged $43.00 for a rotation after buying it new from Lithia seems a bit short sighted, stepping over dollars to pick up a dime.

Lithia Toyota sold me a 2019 Tacoma that is supposed to
Lithia Toyota sold me a 2019 Tacoma that is supposed to be "Certified preowned", but the fluids are low, the filters are dirty, the interior is filthy and has damage all over, there's a rattle that a deaf person could hear...this is what Lithia Toyota sells as a "certified preowned" inspected vehicle, they are not an honest company, watch yourself! I emailed and called for a week to make them make it right and all I got was lies and gaslighting! Waiting to hear back from Toyota now!

Of course I called Michael as soon as I received the email notification about this comment and of course, no response. Same as the last voicemail I left for service. I would have booked online, but their software has been double-booking people the last 3 months and I didn't want to deal with that nonsense. Truck still has a rattle in the cab, is still dirty, still has damage in cab, still has dirty filters and low fluids, still looks like you lied about performing the certified pre-owned safety inspection. Just talked to another customer who had a similar experience at Lithia Toyota. Clearly Toyota doesn't care one bit about dirty dealerships! And, yeah, I am annoyed and frustrated and I was nice and cooperative at first, but now I realize they held off getting anything scheduled until it passed the 3 day buyer's remorse policy in Montana. Such dirt bags! Was this a repo and you did the inspection before the last guy and that's why you just figured it was good enough? Thought you could trick me because I'm female? Where is the other key? Do I have to worry about the former owner stealing my truck because they still have a key??
Just went through the 160 point safety inspection and found at least 10 points that you flat out lied about Replace wiper blades - I had to have them write it into the contract because the blades sucked so bad No abnormal rattles/squeaks in interior - rattle in cab Interior is free of debris - not done Dash and vents are clean - not done all crevices are clean - not done glove box and console compartments are clean - spills and filth all over cabin air filter condition - filthy and full of leaves seats, carpets, floor mats, headliner free of stains - several large white marks on leather and doors I have a sun roof, my paperwork says n/a I have seat heaters, my paperwork says n/a I think small claims court is my only option at this point!

Charismatic guy that will listen to what you want and do his best to give it to you. Tell him what you want and don’t beat around the bush and he will work with you to get you a deal that you’re happy with. Highly recommend!
