After many weeks of online research looking for a 2010-2014 Jaguar XKR convertible, I determined that the highest quality vehicle was at this dealer. I communicated with Hamid Sawez both online and on the phone before traveing to Fredericksburg, VA, to purchase a 2010 model on 6/1/2022. It was my best car buying experience ever (and I've bought cars since the 1970s). Hamid was knowledgeable, personable, and helpful. My wife and I both got the drive the car on our own before deciding and Hamid was great on all the details and paperwork. The car is fantastic--perfect appearance, excellent condition, and only 23,000 miles. Drove home (~300 miles) the next day and it was delightful, everything I wanted. I had purchased a 2012Jaguar XJL for my Wife In August. I'm in California and I went for an out of state purchase due to awesome price point. We took care of CA DMV fees, got our plates and enjoyed our first trip! She loves it! Hamid and Brianna were always helpful and communicated directly. I have not purchased a car from Hamid (yet), but I started car-shopping yesterday. I went to VIP Auto, as well as 4 other places. Hamid and Brianna were by-far the most professional, informative, and honest folks I encountered at any of the places I went. They were up-front and honest about the state of the vehicle, its history, previous ownership and how they obtained it. I am not quite ready to purchase, but when I am, it will be from VIP Auto, Inc.

Purchased a 2006 Porsche 911 from Hamid a couple of weeks ago. The car was in great condition, just as described on the web site. A mechanical problem was discovered after I test drove the car and he replaced a fairly expensive part at his own cost without changing the price. He sold me a great car with no pressure and was very accommodating while I waited for my bank to get me a check. It only took about 15 minutes to do the paperwork when I picked up the car. In and out with no problems. Highly recommended. I would definitely buy from VIP again and have recommended them to my friends.

I purchased a car from VIP / Hamid it is a 1999 with only 66,241 miles on it concerned about buying a car unseen he assured me it was a great car both running and looks and he does this all the time it's easy. That is great I tell him because my family needs a great car with the covid-19 going on we needed a vehicle to get back and forth from our Essential jobs and the shipping he said would be easy two weeks later I take over getting the car and have it done for $185 more no problem Hamid said he would pay the difference ha ha never happened we finely get the car and 6 hours later after taking the family for a ride it over heated took to auto mechanic and he said there is a known problem and it's going to need a new engine for 9000 dollars call Hamid he say just put a used one in that will cost me 4000 dollars and not sure how long it will last I feel I was taken advantage of so they could get rid of a junk car

I bought a 2014 Harley Davidson Fatboy Lo site unseen. The bike is beautiful and the experience was outstanding. I only look for cars now from VIP auto. I was nervous buying over the internet not knowing. Believe me this shop is the best. Bruce B.
