Drove from Cumberland MD to check out some used cars. Never really bought used before. Hamid is a great guy. Well I bought a used car and glad I did.

I just purchased an older Audi A5 from this location. I have to let everyone know, the entire transaction was seamless. I don't normally do reviews, but Hamid made my experience worthwhile. Im from New Jersey and dealt with 3 other dealerships trying to find the right car and right price, but most of the dealerships here get greedy with their fee's and insurances. I never purchased a car from only the internet, so I was on the verge. The car and the price made sense to me as long as the fee's were reasonable and to be honest in the end it was. I applied online for the credit app and filled everything online, Hamid responded back, we spoke about the car, he was very transparent about all the prices and explained them to me so that I would understand them on the phone. Drove 5 hours to Virginia, the car was in great shape, spent about half hour signing paperwork, Drove the car back to NJ with no problems at all. Will keep this car for years to come and will definitely drive back to him to purchase my next car. Thank you for everything.

I was looking for a like new used Toyota 4Runner. I found one online at VIP. I thought it was too good to be true. It has very low mileage, priced good and like new condition. I called Hamid and asked if he could hold until I could get there to look at. I was 2 hours away from his dealership. He said he would and kept his word. When I arrived there I was greeted with a kind smile and warm welcome by both Hamid and Marcy. They pulled the 4Runner around for me to look at and left me alone to look over. He told me if I wanted to test drive to just let him know. He was not pushy in any way. I obviously test drove and fell in love with the 4Runner. He made the financing and purchasing this vehicle a breeze and an enjoyable experience. It was the best car buying experience ever. It had some minor scratches on the headlight that he said he would take care of, just to bring it back. Almost a week later I took it back to have the minor scratches repaired and he again kept his word and repaired it to look brand new. I can't express enough how wonderful this car buying experience was and the above and beyond attitude him and Marcy had. I highly recommend this dealership and will definitely be using again even with a 2 hour drive.

I drove from Richmond VIP Auto Inc in Fredericksburg to see a 2013 BMW 750LI, to my surprise the car was much more than I expected, I expected to see a nice car but what I received was an absolute gorgeous car with very low mileage in pristine condition. I was sold when I first saw the car and the test drive locked in the deal. I had the pleasure of working with Hamid who was very knowledgeable kind and offered the best customer service. I am and would recommend VIP Auto and Hamid. There's a lot to be said of a dealer who takes so much pride in his inventory and is as customer friendly as Hamid. I drove from Richmond to look at a 2013 BMW 750LI at VIP Auto, to my surprise the car was so much more than I expected to see. Great mileage and price. Hamid was the absolute best, his knowledge and great customer service gets an A+. The car sold itself and that would be due to Hamid's attention to detail and the fact that he ensures the cars he offers are of the best quality and value, there's a lot to be said of a dealer that pays so much attention to the inventory he offers and I am very happy I took the ride to Fredericksburg. We just bought a 1999 Mercedes CLK convertible in pristine condition from VIP Auto Inc. The car is perfect in all aspect and Hamid made the purchase process one of my best car buying experiences. The car was advertised on eBay. Living 4h away I could not inspect the car prior to buying it so I bought it based on the very detailed description posted on line and after talking on the phone to Hamid as well as on all the good reviews VIP Auto Inc has. I left a deposit via Paypal after Hamid and I agreed on the final price and then my wife and I came to pick up the car few days later. When we arrived everything was ready for us and it took about 20mns to finalize the purchase. After being back home I texted Hamid with several questions I had about the car which were answered by Hamid right away although is was after business hours. If I have another car to buy I will definitely contact Hamid at VIP Auto Inc.
