We recently purchased a car with the help of Ron, and it was truly one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. Ron was friendly, professional, and never pushy. He listened to what we needed, answered all our questions clearly, and made the process smooth from start to finish. What stood out most was how attentive and considerate he was throughout—from our first visit to the final paperwork, he made sure we felt comfortable and informed at every step. We’re very happy with our purchase and highly recommend Ron to anyone looking for a helpful and easygoing salesperson.

I purchased my car from out of state and everything went

I purchased my car from out of state and everything went smoothly. Documents were signed remotely and there was no high pressure to buy extras.

The dealership environment, courtesy and reception were

The dealership environment, courtesy and reception were clean, friendly and welcoming. While the finance gentleman was courteous and polite, there was too much emphasis and some degree of pressure to accept the additional warranties offered that were too high priced averaging $4000 for each warranty.

Desirea was wonderful.

Desirea was wonderful. Extremely helpful in expediting the purchase and shipping of my new BMW Z4 M40i. She was personable, well spoken, and even put up with my repeated texts! I will go out of my way to ask for Desirea next time I car shop at BMW of Silver Spring.

I would like to give a shot out to BMW of Silver Spring. The customer service I received from Harold Shelby (sales consultant) and Pedro Delgago (Finance and Insurance manager) was phenomenal. In my opinion, they went above and beyond with my car buying process, from a fair price of my vehicle, to financing my vehicle. My BMW x1 was financed at 4.42 percent. AWESOME!!! ... GOD is GREAT! All glory be to GOD for sending these amazing people to me.

I give BMW of Silver Spring and David Davila in Sales my

I give BMW of Silver Spring and David Davila in Sales my highest personal recommendations. I devoted a significant amount of time researching autos to purchase and dealers to use. Both of the above were among the best I found. I was uncertain about purchasing a BMW but after a test drive and multiple conversational interactions with David, I knew I wanted the car I purchased. I was treated with respect, given all the time I required, never pressured and always a positive learning experience. My deal was a win-win for both BMW Silver Spring and myself. It was comfortably easy to engage and conclude even with having a special order vehicle. There are not enough positives to say about Mr. David Davila. He is a consummate professional in every possible way including post delivery. David is deeply committed to the follow-up and follow-thru post sales experience of his clients. Since my car was delivered, he has given over a half day of personal time in educating and explaining the details and nuances of my vehicle. A BMW is a high end quality auto purchase. BMW of Silver Spring and David Davila exemplify what outstanding auto sales professionalism is and they exceed their own standards. By the way, this applies to everyone there from the ladies who greet you to “Mr. C” in parts who assists in personalization of orders on specialized tires all the way thru to the G.M. who does legwork when others are occupied with clients. Consumer Reports named BMW the top overall brand for safety and overall auto driving experience. The people at BMW Silver Spring create that into reality.

My experience at BMW of Silver Spring, Desirea and Ricky

My experience at BMW of Silver Spring, Desirea and Ricky was top notch. I was having issues with my prior BMW and they were able to get me into a new 2026 BMW X6 without any issues. The process was very quick and to the point. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Desirea.
