The manager is a hot tempered mess.

The manager is a hot tempered mess... While there, I heard him cursing people out right next to his office, which happened to be directly next to the waiting room where I was sitting. He also got into a very heated argument with another customer while I was waiting for my oil change to be completed. It took them two hours to complete my oil change when they told me it would be done in 20 minutes... And my service advisor named Chris, was completely incompetent, had no idea what was going on and failed to be helpful in any capacity. Safe to say I will not be taking my vehicle back to Napleton Arlington Heights, what a disaster!

I set up an appointment to drive and hopefully buy a

I set up an appointment to drive and hopefully buy a Volkswagen Tiguan. We arrived and when we went to test drive the car the check engine light was on, gas light was on, it said it needed an oil change akin 12 miles and the tires were bare. Waste of my time to drive 40 minutes. They said they want customers to come in and it was a waste of time and horrible experience.

Wanted to buy a particular car.

Wanted to buy a particular car. They said it was sold. A week later they lowered the price but still told me it was sold?! Very slow at responding to questions!
