People should be careful if they decide to buy a car with

People should be careful if they decide to buy a car with the Napleton Off Lease dealership! Their business practices are not proper in that they advertise online in places like cars.com at one price, and then they change the price when the Customer drives out to their dealership. On my particular deal, they priced the car that was listed on Cars.com for $15, 995, which had been declining for 2 months, and then when they presented the initial deal sheet it was listed $3000. more! They said they had to spend a lot on inspections and such, but they wouldn't show any of that detail. They also added bogus additions like finish and stain protectant ($2995) maintenance services ($199), and something else that made no sense for $1500. Of course, I declined all of this nonsense and pushed on other things to reduce the overall price. Honest consumers SHOULD NOT have to do this. The people seemed nice, but I cannot forgive this deceptive business practice. In fact, I believe the @Illinois Attorney General or any government agency that is responsible for overseeing the auto dealership industry should launch an investigation into Napleton. This is an unacceptable way to run a business. When I told the GM that I would be writing a review about this, his response was that anything less than 4 stars would impact all of the people in the dealership. Again, unacceptable! Your treatment of Customers is the cause of any bonuses to be lost by the employees! It's not proper to try to guilt a Customer into giving a good review, especially when it is not deserved. I took pictures of all the listing on cars.com to maintain evidence. I urge anyone who sees a care listed by Napleton online to print screen everything they list and take it to the deal meeting and be prepared for the "bait and switch" dance you will have to play. You can get a good car, but it really shouldn't be like this. As always, buyer beware!

I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in December, 2022 and

I purchased my 2018 Jeep Wrangler in December, 2022 and have nothing but problems. I’ve contacted the dealership on a monthly basis and no one ever calls me back. When I brought the vehicle at my local dealership in it had over 80 error codes, however the electrical issue cannot be resolved. The platinum warranty that was sold doesn’t cover any of the work because they cannot diagnose the issue. The last conversation I had with the customer service representative was terrible and she apologized for my “feelings” regarding the vehicle situation. I told her my vehicle situation was based on facts and I was contacting the BBB. Do NOT buy from this dealership they are the worst!

The first record of you contacting the dealership the dealership was on February 12 2024 where you requested warranty information because your check engine light recently went on. If you are all about best servicing your customers then why didn’t you call me back to resolve this situation. I have my warranty information, and that’s not what I’m requesting. If you read my compliant or spoke to your team regarding the issues I’m experiencing with my Jeep you would understand that I have been experiencing electrical issues that are making make vehicle unsafe to operate. I’m asking for it to be fixed. My Jeep had over 80 error codes when it is brought in to be serviced. This is unacceptable for a vehicle that was just purchased. Don’t waste more of my time. Pick up the phone and have the curtesy to call me back.

Probably one of the best dealer shops I have shopped with in my car buying history. Thd service adviser Alan Weissman is the best. Always go with him whenever I go in for service. Will keep doing business here. Highly recommended.

Very disappointed.

Very disappointed. We wanted to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Advertisement showed $9,000 discount. Told discount was for Military “Only”. Was not offering any discount. Wanted us to pay full price even though advertising discounts. False Advertisement!!!

Made an appointment to see a specific car, was told to text when I got there and no response. Walked around for a while and no one said anything. Approached a sales team and was taken to the car I’d planned to see, it didn’t start and an excuse was made about new car batteries not lasting. Drove the car, nothing could be shared about it, my license wasn’t checked prior to driving either. Talked about pricing, which came in 8k higher than listed online. Said z I’d have to think about it and I was wrote off being told they couldn’t hold the car and that was the end of discussions. They called me 5 times the following day while I was at work. I bought that model car from a dealership with actual customer service the following day. Would not recommend this dealership.

Great experience overall.

Great experience overall. Joey was a great salesperson, super personable and made sure we were on the right vehicle. Kissy was amazing in finance. She got us all covered with a full wrapped warranty on our RAM (and maintenance and tire and wheel protection, too) Can’t say enough great things about the team here. Ask for Joey and Kissy when you stop in.
