I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. The sales team was aggressive and unprofessional throughout the entire process. Every time we asked for clarification on the inflated pricing, the salesperson responded rudely and gave us vague, unhelpful answers. Eventually, the finance manager informed us that purchasing a $2,000 warranty—something we found unnecessary—was mandatory and non-negotiable. While the finance manager was at least honest and respectful, the overall experience with the sales staff was extremely unpleasant. Definitely not a recommended dealership.

Brought my jeep in today for oil change, battery for

Brought my jeep in today for oil change, battery for key fob and a red light for engine. Joanne told me I also had a free tire rotation still. No issues with the engine light, thanks god. Great service.....car dropped off at 8 in the morning and getting picked up right now to go pick it up at 1pm. Team professional and courteous, even the driver for the shuttle was enjoyable to speak with. Great job Napleton !

The manager is a hot tempered mess.

The manager is a hot tempered mess... While there, I heard him cursing people out right next to his office, which happened to be directly next to the waiting room where I was sitting. He also got into a very heated argument with another customer while I was waiting for my oil change to be completed. It took them two hours to complete my oil change when they told me it would be done in 20 minutes... And my service advisor named Chris, was completely incompetent, had no idea what was going on and failed to be helpful in any capacity. Safe to say I will not be taking my vehicle back to Napleton Arlington Heights, what a disaster!

Alan is an excellent service consultant.

Alan is an excellent service consultant. He is knowledgeable, reliable, and always courteous and respectful. Car repairs can be costly and annoying, but he helps get yours efficiently serviced as smoothly and quickly as possible.
