Don't Buy From Otto Source!

The absolute worst vehicle buying experience that I've ever had. After they get your signature, there is no customer service!!! Don't ever buy from here! They did zero to help get my trade in paid off and left me with paying for 2 cars at the same time.

Burned

Thought I had a car lined up…then they called me and told me they had an earlier deposit made after asking me to send in the form. Ridiculous. I made plans and everything. Very disorganized

DO NOT BUY HERE!

DO NOT BUY HERE! Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! From the moment I walked in this dealership, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. When I finally was matched with a car salesman, I was paired with Dominick who basically profiled me and told me to go get an appraisal at CARMAX! I literally left, drove almost 45 minutes away in traffic only to return and Dominick tells me he can do nothing to help me with my purchase! Wasted my entire day all because he didn't want to sell me the Tesla! I WOULD NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE MY BUSINESS EVER AND WOULDN'T RECOMMEND A SOUL TO GO HERE EVER!

The dealership seemed good, but the Leaf was not in good

The dealership seemed good, but the Leaf was not in good condition. It shook and pulled bad to the right.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ For Otto Source!!!

I been looking long and hard for the right vehicle. I don't have the best credit. So most dealers just blew me off. But not Otto Source they treated me with respect. As if my credit was perfect. Todd Price my salesman was Amazing found me the perfect vehicle A Cadillac SRX loaded with every option you could possibly want. If your looking for that perfect vehicle and don't want to get the run around. Go to Otto Source and ask for Todd Price!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Tried to unload a rust bucket on me.

Drove through heavy traffic to see a car. They failed to tell me about the undercarriage rust,(looked just like a Houston flood car), grooved rotors, feathered tire tread, and one of the worst body damage repairs I’ve ever seen. They admitted that they’d been trying to sell it for 7 months. I view this as being dishonest and shifty. They won’t ever get my business.

Great quality car!

I had a great experience buying my first car with Ashley. I am in love with my Honda Accord Hybrid and it’s been running beautifully for 6 months now!

They will keep your extended warranty money!!!

I purchased a car last April and I sold the car back in June 2021. This dealership refuses to give me the extended warranty refund that is clearly highlighted in their contract. I have been calling since June to see the status for the refund... come to find out, they never sent it to "Continental Warranty". I have been attempting to call and email nonstop and have been on numerous waiting holds. I received an email on Jul 28 saying the general manager, "Jafet Jimenez" wanted to let me know that we do not want to do business with them {Continental} anymore. Continental called BS and said they are legally required to refund you. After sending them a response saying it is unethical to withhold my refund and it was clearly stated in contract both parties signed... Jafet calls me on August 3rd and promises me to grant the refund and send it to me in a timely manner. Since August 3rd, I have sent 5 follow ups to both the Internet Director (Shaun Anderson) and the General Manager (Jafet Jimenez) and I have not heard back. It has been well over 3 months with confirmations from the warranty company and mortgage company saying the dealership has everything to rightfully refund you. Please advise. I will continue to raise my voice until it is heard. You do not get the right to steal people's money and act as a luxury dealership with mediocre customer service.
