I have been a customer at star lincoln for over 20 years. My current sales person glen belgrave has provided excellent service. The most recent visit was an example of stellar service he provided. He arranged for me to have acess to a loaner vehicle. Mr belgrave did not had to asked to provide this service after i had made 2 visits to the dealership. The gentleman in service was very efficient and courteous. The service representive name was Sean.

As a commercial transportation company I’ve bought and sold hundreds of personal and fleet vehicles. Tim Shea of Star Lincoln was a standout amongst his peers in the industry. My purchase was exactly what we had discussed, the purchase papers matched our agreement as well. It is not often in the business that someone is as ethical and honest in their used car sales. I highly recommend dealing with both Tim and this dealership. It was a pleasure dealing with them. I will certainly purchase more vehicles from Tim and this dealership.
