I recently bought a certified used CX 30 at Jake Sweeney.

I recently bought a certified used CX 30 at Jake Sweeney. My purchase experience was exceptional. I worked with Joe Collins and I couldn’t have been more satisfied. I emailed Joe and gave him the inventory number of the 2 vehicles I wanted to look at. Joe responded promptly and included a brief video in his email introducing himself and said he would have the 2 vehicles fueled and washed and parked in front of the showroom for inspection and a test drive. When I arrived at the dealership, Joe was at the front door to greet me. He efficiently explained the differences between the 2 models and within a couple of minutes I was able to narrow my choice to the best model and was behind the wheel for a test drive. Joe’s experience and professionalism was a great help in every step of the process. Best car buying experience I have ever had!

I recently worked with Hallie at Jake Sweeney Mazda to purchase a used Honda from 500 miles away. I had never bought a car over phone/text and was a little apprehensive. However, it was a very convenient and positive experience. Hallie was really responsive and friendly and the car was delivered to me on one day and I love my new (to me) car. I highly recommend Jack Sweeney and Hallie in particular.

I recently enjoyed an excellent new car buying experience when buying a Mazda 3 at Jake Sweeney Mazda in Cincinnati. I went to Jake Sweeney for two reasons: I'd owned a Mazda 3 for the past ten years and liked the model very much, and the dealership had the 2025 model I was interested in. Also, the Jake Sweeney dealership network has always offered me very good service. I worked with Sales Consultant Jason Vaughn and with Finance Manager Royan Morris. Both told me what I needed to know before I chose to buy the car. I've bought and owned a few dozen cars over the years, and my experience at Jake Sweeney Mazda is what I think buying a new car should be.

The service department is always helpful and consistent

The service department is always helpful and consistent with the customer service and communication on keeping me posted on my repairs. My wife and I have been coming here for well over 25 years! The Jake Sweeney team is great.
