Express service

I recently went threw boch west express service knowing I was limited on time for my routine maintenance, the service advisers assured me that with express all services would be done within 45 minuets, having a oil change, rotation of tires, and rear differential flush I was skeptical that all this would be done in 45 minuets or less. When my service advisor retrieved me from the waiting area 34 minuets later I was so impressed! I paid and was on my way all well below an hour. I recommend express service for anyone in a hurry!

New Car Purchase

Enjoyed the no pressure experience test driving and then deciding on the purchase of a vehicle. Our sales associate was very attentive and answered all of our questions about the different vehicles that we were looking at.

A rewarding experience.

I chose Boch Honda West because of its proximity and because word of mouth was so positive. I was not disappointed because those with whom I dealt were knowledgeable and very patient in explaining all the options and procedures associated with my purchase of my 2017 CRV................my 4th CRV to be exact............and I've purchased nothing but Hondas since 1982.......starting with the Civic and then upgrading to the Accord before finally settling on the CRV.

Outstanding Service

I recently went there to look at trading in an older model of my Honda Acord for a newer one. I worked with Rick and he was excellent. He was open and honest about the whole process and evaluated my car on Kelly Blue Book. The dealership then gave me more than my car was worth and worked with me to get a plan that would fit my budget. Also, the finance group was also fantastic. They checked several different banks and credit unions to get me the best possible rate on my loan shaving off 2 percentage points. Most dealerships will automatically try to sign you up for the 100,000 mile warranty but they worked with me to save me money and get a plan that would fit me. Overall, excellent experience. Thank you Boch Honda West!

Professional

My experience at boch Honda west , was professional , I was greeted As I walked in ,and was immediately introduced to Kurt . We sat at his desk And talked business,but at the same time we were able to communicate on a more comfortable level ,familiarizing Each other with our families and lifestyles. Kurt has able find the proper. Car for my family , and was able to answer all of my questions, shortly after buying the vehicle we were in need of service which he professionally introduced me to the service manager and went above and beyond as a salesman to make sure I was getting all the attention needed in the service department . I would highly recommend this team at Boch Honda West for sales and service !

Efficient complete and professional

We have just completed our second transaction at Boch Honda West in the past two years. We were completely satisfied each time. Our sales person, Amy Parent, obviously knows her product and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process. She was courteous, informative and professional from the moment we arrived to the time we drove out of the lot with our new vehicle. I would recommend Boch Honda and Amy Parent to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle.

Amy was great love the HRV

Amy helped my wife make a nice easy transition between leases for our nanny. Super informative and efficient, Amy made us so comfortable with our purchase and respected our time and needs. I will definitely recommend her to people I know.

Waste of time

Very dissapointing, called up and said I wanted to test drive the new Civic that was just released, guy said no problem and told me to come on down. I get down there after driving over a half hour and notice the car is in the showroom, immidately I realize I am not going to be able to drive it and just wasted my time. I start talking to a saleperson who was nice, explained a few things to me, yada yada, not making a lot of them, yada yada, there's a $15,000 in stock fee (no idea what that is, and that is not a mis-type, they wanted 15k over sticker), I just laughed and said I'd be on my way. At this point I had no intention of writing this review, despite how ridiculous this was. The saleperson asked me to make a offer to bring to his manager, I said I wouldn't offer a penny over sticker and nothing if I couldn't drive the car. A minute later a manager walks up and starts spouting lies and acting like he's doing me a favor by talking to me and making it seem like I was being stupid to even think I would have been able to test drive the car. The guy showed no remorse for his guy on the phone lying to me and me wasting over an hour of my time and gas. He asked me some dumb questions, flat out said this civic could beat a STI on the road (not even if it had a second head start) and just sounded ignorant in talking about this "special" car. It is a nice civic man, don't get your panties in a twist. be warned, this was a very annoying way to spend the start to my Friday night, good luck selling that civic for 50k!
