    This was my second car I purchased from this dealership, And always get the best experience every time I go there, wether for car service maintenance or... to look to trade my old car. If you go please ask to Robin Turner, he will make your car buying experience unique, also ask for Sales Manager Brian Staudacher, he will make sure to qualify you for the car you are looking for. I came back to have my new car rear cam fixed and they provided me with nice loaner car, they kept me updated about my car and when would be ready. I will definitely recommend and refer my friends to buy cars from you guys!. Thank you Very much and keep up the great work!.

    In preparation for our retirement, we chose an Optima SXL. Coming from Corvettes', it was a big change. The entire staff treated us well and everything... went smooth. Our experience was a good one. The inventory is more than adequate to locate the car for you! If you're looking for a nice, dependable, fuel efficient, full of technology Vehicle that works correct, I encourage you to look to Hendrick Kia.

    Scott Tielemans was very nonchalant and dismissive to my concerns about time management and commutation. I had a great experience the week before in sales... when purchasing a brand new car so I was expecting the same hospitality and respect from the service department. I will not be back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to get services done as long as a scott manages that department.

    I was there to have my 2019 Forte serviced - they did a great job with that and my wife and I leased a 2021 Seltos in the process. Unexpected but Ivy... Johnson and Matt Arrington made it painless. Will definitely go back for our next vehicle.

    I leased Optima from this dealer and during the discussion, sales team was talking with sugar coated words. But there was many things which were mismanaged... and uncover later after singing the papers. I am not sure whether this is intentional or not, when i was doing follow up on pending items, tone of all the team members were completely changed. There tone was not at all professional and now i am thinking my self that this was my mistake i stop by Kia - Cary for new car. They don't their lease terms. After singing the lease on smart desk, they asked me sign again manually because numbers were not correctly told to me. its was matter for ~$250 but having huge argument and asked me that you cannot take this car out of showroom rather it was already having ~800 miles because i used it for 7 days. Now recently, i received licence plate for 3 months and when i asked them why it was not told to me during lease discussion, considering it is always 1 year license plan issued for new cars. I have been told go and pay property tax your self. This is my 5 car and i never see that new car is coming with 3 month temporary license plan. This was horrible experience with team. I am feeling myself ashamed and thinking why did i stop by there for new CAR.

    Had my first experience with the Service Department at this dealership having a brake vibration on my Stinger GT1 addressed. I am extremely pleased with... my interactions and the communication with Scott (Service Manager) and Brent (Service Advisor). The spoke to me like I was a person and valued customer. They were polite and attentive yet personal in communication and were not pushy at all. Satisfied with the work completed. This is not the closest Kia dealer to me but the level of service Scott and Brent provided is worth making the trip.

    First I was told I wasn’t the first owner so right off the bat they didn’t want to cover anything , then they found my engine was bad and said since I... don’t have my oil change receipts, I didn’t save them because I don’t them myself , now they want to charge me almost 8,000 dollars for a new engine , total bunch of thieves !!!!
