I came in with a slight problem. Within 30 minutes & a smile , my problem was solved! Great team work can make everyone happy!Thank you

Awful and very unprofessional.

Awful and very unprofessional. Impossible to reach anyone by phone and when messages left no one called back. Issues went on for over a month. Finally had our car towed elsewhere.

Took my Carnival for an oil change, tire rotation and

Took my Carnival for an oil change, tire rotation and recall on Jan 17. Kaitlyn greeted me with a smile on her face and made me feel so comfortable. The husband always handled everything car and I’ve always felt kinda intimidated in auto spaces. Kaitlin could not have been nicer and more thorough in answering all my many questions. She never made me feel rushed and she took the time to explain my warrantee and even printed it out so I’d have my own copy. When it came time to arrange my Uber she made that seamless and even sent me a personal text assuring me I’d be where I needed to be on time. I was very worried my car wouldn’t be finished in time for me to grab the children from school carpool due to the Recall. She worked her magic and made sure this Mama got to her kiddos, which was so very kind and appreciated. Now all of the above would have been super but to top it off she just had such a genuine air of kindness and service. A natural. I don’t know if there is any shout out you could give to her but she really is a light and deserves some kind of pat on the back. Tammi was there in the office as well that day. She was equally kind, helpful and genuine. What a gift to have two efficient, helpful and friendly ladies by my side to navigate dealing with car stuff…which again is usually not my thing. Thank you Kaitlyn. Thank you Tammi. You all made my day less stressful and I actually enjoyed taking care of my car, double win!

Ask to see the sales sheet prior to them running your credit as they have a way of adding things you don?t need causing a lot of aggravation and needless stuff you shouldn?t go through. Ronnie in sales was friendly and made things work out. Management seemed unorganized and out of touch with closing and seeing the deal go through by getting things fixed on the vehicle. Unfortunately, I?m not sure I could recommend this dealership.
