We had our first service for our 2025 Kia Sportage SX

We had our first service for our 2025 Kia Sportage SX Prestige. The appointment reminder was helpful, was able to get a good date and time. Was greeted by the excellent Service advisor Kaitlyn Bremer, who listened well, a smile on her face and gave me options in addition to the Oil Change. Was able to get in and get out in about 90 minutes, got some work done in the waiting room with good coffee. 100% satisfied with Kaitlyn and the Dealership!

I made an appointment for a Thursday at 10am to have an oil change. I got there about 10 minutes early. Upon checking in I was advised it would be about 2 hours before they could get to my car. In actuality it took over 3 hours to do what I imagine is a 25 minute max oil change. What is the point of an appointment if you?re treated as a walk-in. The advisor was friendly and offered me a courtesy ride within a 10 mile radius but it really shouldn?t take that long for an oil change.

Kaitlyn Bremer, my service advisor, got me checked in, and out in about an hour and a half. They had the parts needed and the work seems quite satisfactory. This was for a recall that had shown no problem.
