Optima
This was the first time in my life I was buying a car where the decision on what to buy or where to buy it was entirely my own. Since the Optima was so highly rated by Consumer Reports, I decided to start there. The car sold itself. It was everything they said about it and more. My salesman, Todd Adams, could not have been more helpful. He has been attentive from beginning to end and has gone out of his way to make sure I was happy with my purchase. The purchase process was painless, as were the financial arrangements. I would recommend Todd and this dealership to anyone.

Terrible
My wire and I were in the market to lease a car so we figured we would go to Hendrick kia. What a mistake. My auto payment history was excellent and my credit score was not that bad. They told me I would have to put 5000 down to get a low payment. Really I just got the same car no money down and a lower payment at another kia. The original car we had leased they put the wrong part in and the car smelled like it was on fire. They got us into another vehicle but at a higher payment when it was their fault. There is 28,000 mile on this car and I have to replace tires. So dissapointed.

We were very impressed with our salesman and finance person. First time in over 30 years we have been treated like real people in a car dealership. My wife has an attitude when we walk through a dealership door and has to haggle for hours to get the deal she is comfortable with. Our salesman, Jim, took that frustration away from her and worked diligently to get a deal that we were happy with. Even with us living out of state we would definitely refer family and friends to Jim and Hendrick's KIA for purchase, lease, or service of vehicles. Our daughter also purchased a vehicle from them. Jim was able to set our family up with 2 vehicles within 5 days.
