Battery cover zipped tied
Wife took her 2017 mustang in for it's first oil change first time it was serviced less than 1000 miles on it. They must have lost the battery cover clip so they put zip ties on it. REALLY

We appreciate you taking the time to review your service appointment but we believe that you should contact the dealer you purchased the Mustang from. When we service vehicles, we do not remove battery covers, we check all fluid levels, top off washer fluid, inspect the tires and we have a probe that we use to test battery condition. No battery cover removal required.

Shopping for a car should not be so stressful. I hate going anywhere that employees make commission. They are on you like vulchers and continuously try to up sale. No matter your budget or what you would like to stay under, especially women. Then they call constantly. Never shopping again. Will buy from a individual.
