From the minute I called John's Great Cars the service was awesome!!! I am a first time buyer and of course I was scared but at john great cars they made me feel comfortable and secure with my decision !! I will always come back here. The process was quick and easy ! Awesome experience for buying my first new used car. I been to a lot of other used car dealerships until my father recommended coming here. No pressure salesman, they work with you In your price range. If they don't have the car your looking for they can get it. Matt worked with me for the car I wanted and was prompt to call and return my messages. Also the prices on the vehicles are great. Just bought a 2010 Mazda and I test drove it and its perfect. Came with a warranty and have the option to upgrade the warranty. I would recommend this to anyone who's looking for a nice new car. Will buy my next car here 5 stars across the board. - Keith H

Matt was very helpful as far as explaining the car and the features. The facility is very nice and everyone seems happy to be of service. Matt and Dan took alot of time explaining all the paperwork and they were not upset when I forgot my check book and had to go home to get it. I am very pleased with the service and the friendly astomphere of John's snd I would recommend them to my friends and family.

The salesman Matt let us test multiple cars and had every one ready for us when we brought the previous one back. It was a very low pressure friendly environment. They did everything they could to get me into the car I wanted. A very positive experience.
