Service personel very unhelpful and want they to charge
Service personel very unhelpful and want they to charge you s much as they can for any service. I had a horrible experience with them on Friday after coming there for them to fix the 5 recalls on my 2021 vehicle. Be prepare to spend a lot if you're not getting warranty service. I will NEVER go back there again. I couldn't leave zero stars so I had to select one.

I worked with Rudy Gonzalez.
I worked with Rudy Gonzalez. He was very patient and worked the deal and was able to get it done. I traded in a 2021K5 for a 2026 Kia Sportage.

My sales rep Tony got me a 2025 Kia Soul.
My sales rep Tony got me a 2025 Kia Soul. I absolutely love it, however he lied about the "free lifetime warranty" when its not at all free! He added the additional 3k into my contract without asking and didn't bother calling my credit union FIRST to get me the best deal. He automatically got me financed through the dealership! The only good thing about this place are the service team. Sales are sheisty but the service advisors are amazing!

I came across a review about a Sunbit loan situation, and
I came across a review about a Sunbit loan situation, and I just wanted to share that something very similar happened to me too. In fact, I believe what happened in my case could be considered fraud, and I’m looking into rescinding the loan based on the following: 1. Misrepresentation of the Vehicle: The dealership told me the car was “road-ready” and only needed minor repairs. But when I had a licensed mechanic inspect it on [inspection date], the report showed serious safety issues that were clearly there before I even bought the car. It’s not driveable. 2. Substantial Loss of Value (Under UCC Law): According to UCC § 2-608 (810 ILCS 5/2-608), I can revoke my acceptance of the car if its condition seriously lowers its value and the seller doesn’t fix it. 3. Consumer Fraud & Deception: This situation also appears to violate the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act (815 ILCS 505/2). That means the contract could be void, and I may have the right to cancel it and possibly get damages. 4. False Information = Voidable Contract: Under basic contract law (Restatement § 164), if I agreed to the contract based on false information, I have the right to cancel it.

Warning About My Experience at World Kia – Please Read
Warning About My Experience at World Kia – Please Read Before Doing Business Here I wanted to share my experience with World Kia in hopes it helps someone else avoid what I went through. I first went to their Matteson location and was approved for a newer car. But out of nowhere, they changed the deal and tried to put me in an older vehicle. That didn’t sit right with me, so I went to their Joliet location hoping for better treatment. Unfortunately, things only got worse. Even though they had already run my credit in Matteson, they reran it again in Joliet, which lowered my credit score even more. I felt stuck and pressured because I really needed a car, so I went through with the sale. Not long after, the car broke down. I wasn’t given any paperwork or any info about the condition of the car. They sold it to me “as-is,” but I later found out that Illinois law says even “as-is” cars have to be safe to drive for at least 15 days or 500 miles. Mine clearly wasn’t. I tried reaching out to the warranty rep for help, but no one ever got back to me. Between the credit issues, the lack of info, and the broken car, I felt taken advantage of every step of the way. To Ms. Parnell and anyone dealing with Sunbit loans: I had a similar issue. I believe the loan I got was signed under dishonest circumstances. If you’re in the same boat, you may be able to cancel the contract. You can write to the lender and explain the situation, especially if you were misled. You can also file a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General’s office. Please take your time, don’t let anyone rush or pressure you, and know your rights before signing anything.

World Kia Joliet participated in fraud—and then tried to
World Kia Joliet participated in fraud—and then tried to cover it up. I went to this dealership to buy a car and was told I needed to put down $4,300. I explained I only had $3,500 available. Instead of working with me honestly, someone on their staff opened a Sunbit loan in my name to cover the remaining balance—without my knowledge or permission. I was never informed a loan had been taken out until I noticed automatic charges hitting my bank account every month. When I returned to the dealership demanding answers, I was met with hostility and disrespect. I asked to review their camera footage to see who actually submitted and signed for the loan using my name and information. They told me their cameras “don’t go back that far,” even though the incident occurred just six weeks earlier. Clearly, they’re trying to protect the person responsible. What’s worse, a staff member named Camille not only refused to help but publicly humiliated me, accusing me of being a scam artist in front of other customers. She even threatened to take my car back, saying she would “gladly pay the fee,” simply because I was trying to get a resolution. I’ve sent certified letters, emails, and made multiple in-person visits—with no cooperation. Scott and Rena Falcone, the owners, have completely ignored me. It’s clear that they are protecting someone inside their dealership who committed this fraud. What most people don’t know is that World Kia Joliet and World Hyundai Matteson are both owned by the same people and operate under the World Auto Group, which does business across the Chicago metropolitan area. If this happened at one location, it’s fair to question what might be going on at the others. I’m now pursuing legal action because I refuse to be silent about what they’ve done. If you're considering doing business with any dealership under the World Auto Group name—don’t. Your identity, your money, and your dignity are not safe here.
