Waste of time

Would give no stars if I could they wasted my time and gas telling me false things then saying they never said that. What a dump would never go back.

Absolutely terrible place I was guaranteed 100% over the phone that I was approved for a loan by John the loan coordinator and I went ahead and expose myself out with the coronavirus and went to the dealership knowing I was going to come home with the car come to find out I get there I'm not even 100% approved and they deny me wasted all my time and brought me out quarantine for nothing they give you false false promises to get you to come out.

Paul Loeffel at World Kia gave me the best possible customer service / that I could ever hoped for being a Kia owner since 2007 / My new 2020 Kia Soul EX has the right options, WORLD KIA of Joliet has won my business over Willowbrook Kia 2011 Sorrento and Gerald Kia 2017 Sportage 2017 Soul. Represented wrong

First of all i filled app online was told i had a loan nothing about a cosigner. Was honest with her about the last three months of work before I came in. She said her manager said there is a way around it. I get there she was with someone else so i talked to a Jerry. He stated most car payments was 600 i said 200 a month so i agreed to go up to 300. Turns out the loan pulled out and another company wanted cosigner. Complete waste of time plus no car so i had to get a ride.

Carlos Cisneros was an excellent salesman. Got me into the vehicle I wanted and at an incredibly low rate. Kept my payment where I could afford it. Just an all around great experience and I'd suggest him to anyone that visits Joliets's Workd Kia

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME TAKE YOUR CAR SOMEWHERE ELSE

I took my car for repairs. Randy service manager tried to scam money from me. I ended up taking my car to another Kia dealership.
