I went to kia joliet today and wasn't expecting to walk

I went to kia joliet today and wasn't expecting to walk out with a new kia carnival I explained to Patrick my sales associate it was really important to have enough space for my handicap son and he made it happen I'm very happy and grateful this is my third vehicle with kia and I'm very pleased Patrick's Customer service was great

I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership over the course of ten years. They are always friendly, honest and efficient. Christian was our salesperson today and he was THE BEST!!!!

My name is Sharon and I not please with my service at

My name is Sharon and I not please with my service at all. I went to this dealership for the 1st and received scratches on my van while being serviced and requested the camera be check over 4 times. I never received any information or a response to my request. I believe I must contact the insurance company to get a result. I also paid for a review on a leak that I was experiencing last week, I was overcharged requested the adjustment immediately and now everything that I paid for which is over $800.00 I still have the leak in the same area. I am trusting nothing right now. I have to take my vehicle back Friday morning 12/15/23. I should not be charged for anything. I paid for all of this and some. My driveway continues to be damaged, I have to take time to drive back to the dealership and adjust my life to have these corrections made because my grandkids and I are not safe right now. I am truly upset.

Kia access

Edwin was ok while trying to sell us a car, but after that I cannot get him to help me with a problem. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone! So very disappointed in World Kia. I don’t understand when I try to log into Kia Access, a red note tells me some features are locked because another driver has already activated Kia Connect! How can that be? I purchased my car on 10/20/23
