Pepe Cadillac did a great job at repairing a bad airbag sensor in my Escalade ESV. The service staff are very pleasant and the downtime is minimal. To be honest, I'd rather pay a little more for the dealership repair and the peace of mind that comes with knowing that the problem I rolled in with was properly diagnosed and repaired, than risk what's behind door # 2 somewhere else.

We had a very pleasant experience at Pepe Cadillac. We have chosen to become lifetime clients. Our sales professional was Dale Schweizer and he helped us through the process of obtaining our new car with great attention to all the details of the process. He was very attentive to our comfort while we were at the dealership, making sure that we could relax in the lounge and getting us coffee. He spent a great deal of time with us explaining all of the features and details of our new vehicle and making himself available for any other future questions and assistance. The dealership sales manager and Jerry DiDomenico, the business manager also extended themselves in order to put us into our new car. In the forty years that we have been buying cars this was the best experience by far and we are very grateful to Dale for putting us in the car we wanted.

I highly recommend Pepe Cadillac for any Cadillac purchase. Dale was great, no games, no typical dealership "back and forth". Great price, great service. The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars was because the day before delivery, I needed paperwork from them to get to my financing company (which beat pepe's financing by 1.5%).. Dale was off and I spoke with the business manager (Jerry) who "couldn't" provide me with the information I needed. He also told me that he "didn't have time to check to see if the brakes were fixed". After I met him he turned out to be a nice guy, and very helpful. I am about an hour away, and only had a small time slot to get down there and wanted to be sure it was done. Luckily Dale made sure that the repair was done before. Very happy with my car! They even threw in a coffee mug and a hat! They delt with DMV, and anyone from CT knows how much of a pain DMV is. I bought a 2013 Cadillac XTS.

We have purchased 3 vehicles from Pepe and each experience was nothing but "smooth sailing". The typical stress and uneeded drama with buying car doesnt happen at Pepe. David was pleasure to work with.

We just picked up our new ATS. Our sales rep David Persaud was wonderful. Helpful and informative. A true professional. We enjoy going to Pepe Cadillac.
