Customer service was excellent, gave me floor coverings that were not even asked for. Customer service was very polite and accommodating. Also very friendly and knowledgeable.

Many service options available with other luxury models in town seem to be missing with Alfa Romeo! Love the car I have bought, but just feel the experience of owning the vehicle can be made better. I hope the brand does well, amazing vehicle

It's a wonderful experience coming to Alfa Romeo and FIAT of Minneapolis. Very comfortable waiting area. I bring my laptop and catch up on personal emails in a peaceful atmosphere. Only thing that would be better would be if it was closer to my home (Red Wing).

Brought my Giulia in for its one year scheduled maintenance which was covered under the warranty. Friendly and thorough service from the service department. Did a great job keeping me updated on progress. Very happy with my visit.

It was nice to meet Gabby. She got my car in, determined the issue and got the parts ordered. Had the part within a couple days and I'll be in this week to finish it up. No problems scheduling the time.

People are pleasant to deal with and apparently knowledgeable. The work seems to be done well. But the customers is overcharged for almost everything, especially parts.
