excellent service as always!! thought we might need to do an oil change as well...but since that had previously been done we decided to wait...why spend money when you don't need to! That was the best part!!

The service on my Infiniti was excellent and all the people are just great to work with. Not every place goes above and beyond what's expected but Alfa Romeo and Fiat of Minneapolis never fails you! Extremely happy with the service!

Mostly great experience. Bruno is very helpful. The finance person sent over incorrect paperwork when my vehicle was delivered, which required an extra trip to the dealer. They apologized multiple times, which I appreciated. A couple times I had to "nudge" them for next steps or a response. They were very conscientious about disinfecting the vehicle before and after a test drive. Also, their service department is great - shout out to Tessa, who is awesome. We also sold one of our cars to them, and they gave us a great price on it and made the process easy.

The service manager greeted me and listened intently when I described the issue I wanted investigated. Although they were unable to totally diagnose the issue, they kept me informed of the actions they took and will be following up with Alfa Romeo.

Needed a good reliable vehicle and Brett delivered what I was looking for. Super convenient process and very happy. He is the best around town!

17 years ago I used to do 90% of any maintenance or modifications on my own vehicle. These days, the vehicles are more complex, and I'm less physically able to do what I used to.
