I have a known issue with my 370Z convertible top. There is a service bulletin on it and I’ve spoken to this dealer about getting it fixed twice in the past year. My Z is out of warranty so the dealer won’t fix it despite the car having fewer than 25k miles. The dealer told me today that they didn’t have anyone that knew how to work on a convertible. Imagine that you try to get a Nissan dealer to work on your Nissan vehicle and they don’t have qualified technicians. 😳 When I heard they didn’t have a qualified tech, I offered to make the repair on my own if they provided the parts. I had the 33 page instructions of the service bulletin and was able to share the part number of the repair kit. The parts department gave me the “best deal possible” of nearly $800 for some bungee cords and several small connecting parts. AMAZINGLY EXPENSIVE! I checked Nissan parts online and found I was being quoted nearly $60 over MSRP! So frustrating to have a dealer not be able to provide factory service repairs or affordable parts. So disappointing to see this poor level of service.
Amazing People All Around
This dealership continues to impress me. I'm on my third vehicle with them in the last decade, and I don't see myself going anywhere else. There are no shady closed doors, shady salespeople nor the harassing financial guy trying to sell me more options than I said I never wanted. I was bringing my vehicle in for some stellar service and happened to eyeball a vehicle in the lobby. Jeremy B casually commented on the vehicle in passing while en route to helping another customer. A few hours later, I was walking out the door with a new vehicle, trading one lease for another. The financial peeps went through the loops thanks to the nuances of leases, and maintained patience and calm throughout it all. Don't expect a hassle, you won't get a hassle. Just like with people in your life.

Dealership not checking out used cars reliably
This dealership is not reliable. We were told used car was completely checked out. Two months after buying we were told that our brakes were BAD! When I talk to sales manager he said couldn’t be true. But he would not even check it out without us paying $100 dollars to have them checked out. They are squealing do you think that tells you something.

We bought a used car from Dennis Dillion two months ago
We bought a used car from Dennis Dillion two months ago and just took it in for its first oil change from a Mazda dealer. We were informed that the back brakes on our Mazda were shot…….. We were assured when we bought the car that it had been throughly checked??? What brakes wear out in TWO months. When I went in to talked to sales manager he was very unhelpful……he said that ALL his cars were checked out and that it would COST us $100 just to check them out. Some customer service……. He would not cover the brakes! DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!

I had the BEST experience with Dillon Nissan! There weren't any high pressure tactics, and the team was honest and worked hard to make us happy. To be honest, we were probably pretty difficult customers as we knew exactly what we wanted down to the features and color and were pretty adamant about what we wanted. They worked hard to find us the vehicle we wanted, gave us a fair price for out trade in, and a good price on the new vehicle. I really can't say enough nice things about every single person we worked with! They even sent us home with Nissan swag, which was such a nice cherry on top! Thanks in particular to Justin and Shawn Harvey (our sales reps), Keith Seals (the Executive Manager) and Adan (the finance expert). I am sure there are other great folks that work there, but our experience with each of these individuals was excellent and we highly recommend each! Thanks for a great experience and for finding the perfect vehicle for us!

Best in Idaho
As always, best Nissan service in the state. I've been a fan since 2007, when I needed service on my new car. I've recommended their service department to friends and family for years. Those individuals started buying Nissan's because of the this service division at Dennis Dillon! FYI, I bought a GMC, and struggled with their service department on Orchard .... interesting that the same company provides drastically different customer service.... hmmmm.

Love My Pathfinder
My husband and I called Dennis Dillon as we were on our way to look at a pathfinder. Josh answered the phone call and was ready for us when we got there. He even called in Shawn to meet with us too because Shawn also owns a Pathfinder. Shawn took the extra time to meet us and to go over ALL of the features the Pathfinder had to offer. His knowledge and expertise about the car really helped us make our decision to buy from Dennis Dillon. My husband and I felt like Shawn and Josh had our best interest in mind when finding the right car and loan/payment for us. They were both open and honest and worked with us. We would highly recommend them and Dennis Dillon.

Great customer service
Took my daughter's car in for service and was helped by a very knowledgeable young lady named Maria. She treated me like I was important and explained everything in detail. This is what I call excellent customer service!
