I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience my husband and I had at Dennis Dillon Nissan while attempting to purchase a vehicle—specifically, a truck that has been a long-time dream of his. From the outset, we were completely transparent about our current truck's payoff, the trade-in offer we had received from another dealer, and what monthly payment we were comfortable with. One of your managers assured us that these terms were workable. Based on this promise, we began the process and made it clear we had a limited window due to a family event. We were told that we would receive final numbers before we made the trip back, but this did not happen. We honored your team’s request to return later the same day—leaving our family event early and driving 45 minutes back—expecting to finalize the deal. Instead, we were presented with numbers that were nowhere near what had been discussed. To make matters worse, the General Manager never addressed us directly or made any effort to negotiate, leaving your manager and salesman to relay the bad news. It felt not only misleading, but disrespectful. Had your dealership matched the trade-in value offered by the other dealer, the deal would have been feasible. Instead, we were left feeling that our time, transparency, and trust had been disregarded. This experience was not only a disappointment but also a lesson. We will be sharing it with others and strongly encouraging them to think twice before doing business with Dennis Dillon Nissan.

I had the pleasure of working with Jasmine Rivera and thank her for her persistence and professionalism. I also worked with Keric who was very experienced and answered all my questions, and for Stephen Gill who was able to answer all of my questions and deliver my new car to my location. I love my new car. I highly recommend.

Don't shop at dennis dillon if you want a honest or fair

Don't shop at dennis dillon if you want a honest or fair deal! My husband and I have been working to get me on the liver transplant list. Which means a lot of travel between here and Murray Utah. We looked at used cars and they were just as expensive as new cars. So in June 2024 we decided on a Nissan versa. Not a super fancy car but good gas mileage and reliable. We only had two things that were a must a/c and key fobs. They had one on sitting out back that was for sale, we took it for a test drive and decided that was the one. So we go in to do the paperwork and halfway through the paperwork they came back and said that one wasn't for sale, but they had another just like it. I even asked to make sure that it had a/c and key fobs. They told us yes it did it was exactly the same ( our mistake was thinking that they would tell the TRUTH). I don't get around very well because of my medical condition. We finished signing all the paperwork and went out to the other car they had brought around. When they handed me the keys outside by the car I asked where the key fobs were, they then tell me that it doesn't have them after they specifically told me that that car did have them earlier. I start to refuse to take the car, then sales guy then said that he would get us the key fobs but he would have to order them. So we check back in 3 days, 1 week, and two weeks but not only did he not order them, but he basically called me a liar when I got upset that I was getting the runaround. The dennis dillon dealership is nothing more than a bunch of criminals preying on the ill and elderly. If you do ever buy anything from them get EVERYTHING in Writing and do NOT trust anything they say. Hopefully this post will save someone else from getting swindled by the old bait and switch

I haven't bought a vehicle since 2006.

I haven't bought a vehicle since 2006. Dustin was so helpful. We took our time and was not rushed. Dustin got us a car fax on the vehicle I was interested in. Everything was perfect. The manger was able to get me in a 2023 Nissan pickup with low mileage that I can afford. They even put a nice golden bow on it when everything was signed. Thanks guys!!!

Dustin did an absolutely fabulous job on helping me find

Dustin did an absolutely fabulous job on helping me find exactly what I needed. He knew exactly what I wanted and he helped me find the perfect reliable and long term car. I was shocked with the deal I was able to get on a Toyota with almost no miles. I was so comfortable with my experience and I appreciated that so much. I also want to thank Ethan, the manager, who really worked to help secure a great interest rate and the best pricing with financing. The whole time I felt like I wasn’t pressured and that I was really being taken care of, rather than being sold. Thank you!
