My son and I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Forte at Lynch

My son and I recently purchased a 2017 Kia Forte at Lynch Chevrolet. It was an awesome experience. We were greeted warmly by our salesperson Kurt Martiny and he listened carefully to our needs. Kurt skillfully connected us to the best car to suit our budget and needs. Kurt offered to keep us comfortable while we awaited the process. The showroom was spotless, bathrooms clean and the coffee was very good. It was an over all wonderful experience.

Best car buying experience ever!

My lease was coming to an end so I went in to see my options. Greg Scott and Jessica Tuchel worked very to keep me where I was comfortable with payments showed me a few options. Best car buying experience this is my second leased vehicle from Lynch and in three years when this is up I will be back.

Nick Gort met me at the door at my appointment time to

Nick Gort met me at the door at my appointment time to look at new Equinoxes. He walked me through the LT and RS models and showed me the cars in stock. Once I had selected my car, he was very helpful with every step of the process! He worked with me to ensure I had a car and financing that fit within my budget. I am walking away with a brand new car that I got a great deal on and amazing service. I would definitely recommend Nick and I would buy another car from him in the future!

Greg Smith salesman was an excellent professional

Greg Smith salesman was an excellent professional salesman honest and upfront. No games here I came to help my son buy his first decent car. We got an honest and fair deal. Drove an hour to see them due to a radio promotion was definitely worth the drive. I will likely buy here again based on the experience alone. Thankyou Greg Smith and the rest of the team. If your looking for how dealerships should be run go here, I was pleasantly surprised with how business was conducted.

I purchased a brand new 2022 Blazer from Lynch Chevrolet

I purchased a brand new 2022 Blazer from Lynch Chevrolet in September 2022, after 10 miles of the driving the AC started making a load moaning noise, instantly called the dealer and was told to make an appointment. Took car in a week later for an appointment and they said they did not hear anything. So the next time i was in Kenosha i stopped in with the car while it was making the noise. Jeff the service advisor, said that was loud, and made another appointment. By then the weather was cooler and the AC was no longer making the noise. After talking with Jeff, the service writer, he said bring it in when it warms up in the spring/summer of 2023. In June 2023 I made appoint for AC noise but the mechanic said they were unable to duplicate the noise and I was told to pick up my car.. Stopped by the dealer again, and had the service writer, Jeff, listen to noise. He made another appointment and they replaced AC compressor and told me the noise had been fixed. Unfortunately, the A/C made the same noise. I Dropped car back off again and told them to drive and keep the car until they could fix it. Over the 3 week period, I called the dealer for updates. After leaving 12 or more messages with no call backs, I had to go to the dealer to get any information. I was finally told they were working on it. I called the dealer again on 8-16 2023 and was advised to pick my car up as it was normal for the A/C to make a moaning noise and there was nothing they could do. They can not fix it so they say it is normal. They apparently called General Motors technical but GM sided with the dealer saying the mechanic said it was normal and suggested I take the car to another dealership. If the noise was normal, why would they suggest for me to take it to another dealership for service? I have checked with friends that also own a 2022 Blazer and they do not have the noise when the air conditioning is on. Noise is so irritating want to sell it back to dealer, they offered me $13000.00 less than I paid for it 11 months ago. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LYNCH CHEVOLET for service, sales or or General Motors customer satisfaction.

Nothing but the best at Lynch!

Nothing but the best customer service always! This is our 6th vehicle from Lynch of Kenosha and we will never go anywhere else. Jeff Auger, Marcus Andrews, Jess they all make a fabulous team. Car shopping was never a pleasant experience until we started shopping at Lynch. Honest and professional !
